simple, clean, comfortable and relaxed.
Pros:

very local feel but also very warm and homely at the same time. Ms Ana was so nice and the place was clean, tidy, with air condition, fan, tv and working wifi tho the router is in the center of the house so i can get spotty at times. you are right by everything. just a walk down the street to the park, the food shops, mini market and the beach. It gets crowded sundays but real relaxed, safe and secure. great budget hotel and huge value especially if you are just resting a couple nights before the airport or moving around the island.

I like the privacy of the location

Cons:

I didn't like the electricity issues and the hot water efficiency. When the electricity goes out in the area, you don't get any as well. The water was not hot enough to take a normal bathing.

La camera ampia, pulita e con aria condizionata, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Posizione centralissima.
Il proprietario, Michele, è stato gentilissimo e davvero molto paziente, in quanto ho avuto un problema col pagamento.
