Pros:

The staff were extremely helpful and kind, providing clear and detailed check-in instructions that made the arrival process smooth and hassle-free. The property is situated in a quiet and peaceful environment, making it an ideal place to relax. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, offering a comfortable stay throughout our visit.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the dining experience was not satisfactory, as there were a significant number of flies present in the restaurant. This affected the overall comfort and enjoyment of our meal. We hope that measures can be taken to improve pest control and enhance the dining environment for future guests.

Very good, small hotel in lovely location
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent, quiet location with free parking, and a bus service from outside the hotel, making it possible to do everything we wanted to do in Grindelwald without using the car.

Ein toller Urlaub und defintiv empfehlenswert !
Pros:

Tolle Lage direkt an einer fantastischen Bergkulisse, unglaublich nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal , sehr saubere Zimmer und sehr sauberes Hotel, jeden Tag Roomservice mit neuen Handtüchern und regelmäßige neue Bettwäsche, es wurde sogar der Boden im Bad geputzt , sehr leckeres Essen im Restaurant , Frühstück absolut ausreichend. es werden jegliche Anliegen oder Wünsche umgesetzt/ ermöglicht , man kann sich nur wohlfühlen. Und sehr nette Chefin!

Cons:

Es gibt absolut nichts auszusetzen. Das Familienzimmer befindet sich im 2.OG , vielleicht etwas anstrengend die vielen Stufen zu laufen aber die tolle Atmosphäre macht das alles wieder gut!

Lekker rustig en fijne plek
Pros:

Mooie en schone tweepersoonskamer met wc en douche. Netjes. Ontbijt was eenvoudig maar prima. Je kunt er goed met bus 121 komen. Er is een terras bij waar je lekker in de avondzon kunt zitten
