Nous avons passés deux nuits dans cet hôtel, et le seul point positif que je notifierai est l’emplacement éloigné du centre de la ville.

Cons:

La chambre était grande mais les draps froissés, les coussins mous, les serviettes de bains abîmées, le petit déjeuner succinct et le rapport qualité/ prix une honte. Je trouve cet hôtel bien en dessous du prix que nous avons payé.

Pela estrutura do hotel eu voltaria, pelo atendimento e experiência, jamais.
Pros:

A vista é muito linda. O hotel fica no pé das montanhas e isso torna a vista inexplicávelmente linda.

Cons:

Tem uma senhora morena, de cabelos curtos, que fica no hotel no período da tarde/noite. Ela é extremamente rude e grosseira. Levamos um lanche para comer no fim do dia e pedimos autorização para uma funcionária do hotel para comer nas mesas onde é servido o café da manhã. A funcionária nos disse que podíamos comer ali. De repente essa senhora chegou totalmente alterada dizendo que não era permitido comer ali, quando disse que havíamos pedido para comer ali, ela respondeu: “I am the Boss”, ou seja, eu sou a chefe, quem manda sou eu e nos mandou sair dali. A questão não era comer ou não comer ali, mas sim, a forma grosseira como ela falou. Ficamos super constrangidos com ela gritando na frente de todo mundo e dando bronca na gente sem a gente falar com ela no mesmo tom de voz. Era só ter pedido de maneira educada que sairíamos de lá, sem problema algum. Além disso, o café é precário, o ovo é cozido e eles cozinham pouca quantidade, o resultado é que não dá pra quem quer, acaba rápido e a gente tem que ficar esperando cozinhar mais (demora). Ou seja, um hotel que fica em um lugar maravilhoso, a vista do quarto é perfeita, com um atendimento péssimo e um café da manhã regular.

Ohne Auto oder mit dem Bus ist es ein längerer Fußmarsch runter aber mit der Gästekarte ist der Bus gratis.

I’m not a place I would stay again. The experience was not worth the price and breakfast was truly disgusting.

There are two things that I thought were negatives. First, the staff was rude. The receptionist was not present at check-in and she had to be summoned from a different part of the property. She seemed immensely, flustered and irritable. The second thing that I didn’t like was that the breakfast buffet was swarming with flies. Literally there were hundreds of flies. The staff covered all of the baked goods with linens and flies were just parked on the linens. The flies were swarming around each table. It was really quite disgusting.
