Wow! We loved it here

Good location with good views
Pros:

View from Balcony, close proximity to train station. Reception staff were very helpful with our arrival following flight delays. Reasonable breakfast.

No room safe. Towels could be 'fluffier'

Perfect location
Pros:

Location, close to train station and in between the different gondola's. Staff is super nice and helpful.

Cons:

I didn't feel entirely comfortable leaving the window open, because there was a porch of sorts that people seemed to just be able to get on. I never saw anyone there, but it still didn't feel great with an open window. However; I did not ask if there were other rooms available on a higher floor, so that's on me and it would not stop me from coming again.

Convenient location( walkable from the Train station), good rooms and excellent view from the rooms.
Pros:

Excellent rooms, lovely big sized balcony, and great view from the balcony. Absolutely loved the stay.

Cons:

A little more variations in the breakfast would be nice.

Comfortable bed, stunning view, and great breakfast for a multi-day stay in the alps
Pros:

- Convenient location, 5-10 minute walk from the train station
- The view looking across this specific region of the alps was stunning
- The breakfast buffet has a generous selection of food and was the perfect way to start each day

Cons:

- no mesh on the windows (to prevent mosquitoes and flies) + no AC + summer = a hot sleep
- The creaking floorboards. While there's not much that can be done about the lodge construction, and most visitors were mindful of the noise by minimising the amount of walking around they did at night, there were occupants of one room that had no such consideration for others. Walking around for 1.5 hours straight around 9.30-11pm until they finally passed out and went to bed. Perhaps they should have hiked more during the day.
