Pros:

The views were amazing, the staff was nice.

Cons:

The room was tiny, and no space to move around, the balcony was fair but not devided properly between the space of each room

Beautiful balcony views.
Pros:

Amazing view of mountain and hillside from our balcony. Breakfast provided.

Cons:

The noise from other rooms was very loud into the night. No restaurant connected. The distance from train and downtown was walkable if traveling light.

Perfect place for short or long-term staying
Pros:

The hotel, comfortable for families and adult travellers. Just 5 minutes from the loud city centre, tasty breakfasts and nice stuff. I was with 5 y.o son in a room with a view (and balcony), and we liked the place so much

Underwhelming, small, and outdated. I’ve stayed at better hotels in Switzerland.
Pros:

We like how they provided umbrellas for us and information about the tourist attractions. They gave us discount tickets which was nice.

Cons:

The rooms were deceiving. Even though we got a no-view room it was very small for the two of us. And pretty outdated. Also we could hear the people next to us and above us which got annoying. The breakfast was underwhelming, I’ve had better. Also, it was kind of far from the main area so we felt like we had to walk a lot. Maybe the hotel should’ve informed us about bus stops more.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff, great location and vibe, very nice breakfast spread, many cable car tickets available right at the reception.

Pros:

오후 근무하는 남자직원이 매우 매우 친절했음. 선풍기도 빌려줬음. 그린델발트 기차역과 가까운편. 숙박비가 매우 비싸지만 그나마 인근 숙소들에 비해 가성비가 좋은 호텔인 것 같음. 한국 사람도 꽤나 보임. 테라스 뷰(아이거북벽,마을)가 매우 좋음. 오래된 곳인 것 같긴 하지만 관리가 잘 되어 있음.

Cons:

기차역 가는 방향이 오르막길임.
