Uncomfortable and couldn’t see good view in the most beautiful town.
Pros:

The breakfast was very good.

Cons:

It was disappointing that the advertised “mountain” view from my room was not Mt Eiger, while many other rooms face Mt Eiger. The ventilator’s noise was disturbingly loud. The lighting was dim. No hot water supply in the room or the corridor, had to get down stairs from the third floor to the ground floor to get glasses of hot water.

What a view!
Pros:

Great location and my room had a great view of Eiger and a lovely balcony.

The bed was comfortable and the room spacious and clean.

Breakfast was good and staff super helpful and welcoming.

Cons:

It’s a little dated in the rooms and bathrooms. Also, you can hear people moving around on the floorboards above so take some ear plugs. Don’t let that put you off. What a fab view and lovely stay!

A cosy lodge with beautiful view and tasty breakfast
Pros:

The balcony view was beautiful and the breakfast especially the fresh bread was so tasty

Cons:

There was nothing really I didn’t like about. It wasn’t cheap stay like other hotels in Grindelwald but I am happy with the quality in the end.

Pros:

Great location with several parking spaces . Room was nice and the breakfast was good. The staff were very friendly and helpful

Pros:

Mesmerizing view of Mt. Eiger which can be seen right from our bedside and from the breakfast room, great well-stocked breakfast with good bread selection, cheeses and cold cuts.

Cons:

Minimal facilities and amenities. Only one shared kettle and no way to heat up the food we brought to eat on our balcony.
