View was spectacular. Smoking, noise and no air conditioning and issue.
Pros:

No air conditioning was an issue. We could hear upstairs people moving chairs. The smoke from the balcony next door came into our room. If you make a room non smoking it SHOULD INCLUDE THE BALCONY!!

Cons:

Sorry see above. I did like the view and location.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit Traumhaften Balkonblick auf die Berge
Pros:

-Sehr schöne Balkon ( mit Trennwand , nicht alle ) mit Blick auf die Berge -- Eiger
-Preis war Fair
- Gratis Parkplatz
-Im Zentrum von Grindelwald, 4 minuten zum Bahnhof

Cons:

-Der Balkon sollte mal wieder erneuert-/ saniert werde . Besonders der Boden
- Keine Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer .

Comfortable, staff very friendly, breakfast exceeded my expectations and awesome location.
Pros:

It was a beautiful view, great location, very well maintained, superb breakfast! I would stay there again with no hesitation.

Cons:

Over al it was extremely nice yet there was a unique smell in the bathroom.

Pros:

Booking.comのミスで私の名前を間違えて伝えられていたが、対応をしっかりしてくれた。
洗濯機や、ヒーターの使い方を丁寧に教えてくれた。

Cons:

洗面所の換気扇の音がうるさかった
朝食、2年前よりも品数が減っていた
