Very pleasant little hotel with good breakfasts and helpful staff - particularly Marcel and Nicole.

Very pleasant and helpful staff - particularly Marcel and Nicole. Good breakfasts, nice view from balcony and all kept clean.

Cons:

There is a cosy looking bar and restaurant but unfortunately it does not serve food or drinks in the evenings.

Excelente hotel para visitar el pueblo.
Pros:

Muy bien ubicado en el pueblo, tiene buen parqueo para el auto. El desayuno es muy bueno estilo buffet. La mujer del personal de desayuno es muy amable y muy buen servicio.

Pros:

スタッフの方はとても親切で英語も堪能です。
朝食はハムやチーズ、パンが置いてあり、お米も提供されています。お米に合う食材はないので組み合わせはセンスが問われます

Cons:

大きな荷物を持っての駅からホテルまでの道のりはなかなか大変でした。坂がとても多いからです。

-sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal
-wunderbarer Lobbybereich und Stübli zum Verweilen mit Spielecke
-Möglichkeit etwas in der Lobby zu bestellen nach einem Skitag
-Zimmer war top notch geputzt, so etwas habe ich schon lange nicht mehr gesehen, auch wenn es einen Zimmerteppich hatte
-reichhaltiges Frühstück, sogar Reis für Touristen
-Toller Frühstücksbereich mit tollem Ausblick
-Parkplätze vor dem Haus

Cons:

-Es hatte im hinteren Gang einen seltsamen Geruch, den wird man wohl nicht so schnell los, aber war nicht schlimm

Ok, probably wouldn’t stay there again, but couldn’t complain about location and the staff were really nice and helpful

Clean rooms and easy to get too, staff very friendly and helpful

Cons:

We had two small children with us, the hotel was aware of this via this site, but put us on the top floor with no lifts.

Pros:

The location was very close to the train station. The room was clean and comfortable and provided all the needed facilities. The staff was very helpful and helped us book a trip to Jungfraujoch.

Cons:

There should also be chicken or beef options for breakfast, not just pork.

A great location and service, but my bathoom was stuck in the past
Pros:

Very centrally located hotel, which looks very solid in the common areas and the dining room. The breakfast was fine and the interaction with the staff was friendly, efficient, and helpful. Special mention for the map of the ski area on the breakfast placemats. That is customer-oriented thinking.

Cons:

Maybe the situation was different for other rooms, but my bathroom really needed an update. Yes it was clean, but probably hadn't been renovated in 40 to 45 years and was truly tiny. The price for an overnight stay was admittedly low, but such a bathroom really doesn't fit for this day and age.
