46ارو مقابل الغرفة والفندق ككل يعتبر غالي جدا ، الفندق صغير وراءحة غير جميلة ،والموقع بالنسبة لسياح فضيع جدآ جدآ، اما الغرفة لا تستطيع النوم من صراخ مثهى القمار او الخمر مقابل للفندق، الفندق بالنسبة لسعر جد رديء ،لقد فوجئت من التعاليق الايجابية ربما طلب منهم كتابة تعاليق غير الحقيثة،لقد طلبت من العامل هناك ان يرجع لي نقودي لانه الفندق غير مريح وان الصور على الموقع مخالفة للحقيقة رفض ارجاعي النقود، اضررت لمغادرة الفندق دون أن ي،جعو لي نقودي ،لقد دهبت الى فندق اخر فس نفس اليوم،باختصار فندق لايلق بالسماح بتاتا

This hotel truly saved me.
Pros:

I arrived in Casablanca after booking and paying for a month at a nearby hotel, but it turned out to be a scam. Even though I had confirmed a late arrival, they refused to check me in due to “overbooking.” After an hour of stress and confusion, I booked this hotel instead.

At the reception, I was welcomed by Rashid. I was so overwhelmed that I couldn’t hold back my tears. He stayed calm, kind, and genuinely supportive, listened to my situation, and reassured me. He even mentioned that issues with that nearby hotel happen quite often.

I’m truly grateful for the kindness and humanity I received here — something I really needed in a new city, alone in that moment.

Highly recommend this hotel: great service, warm people, and a place where you feel safe.
