Pros:

Very good location close the train station and many restaurants are around at walking distance. The breakfast was good. The staff at the reception are very friendly.

Excellent location. Very helpful staff. Good breakfast. Bad coffee.
Pros:

Breakfast was good, except for coffee and croissants (very bad). The service was excellent. Staff very helpful and polite. Location also excellent. Rooms reasonable big and quiet for Japan.

Cons:

Coffee. Please, add a expresso machine and improve the quality of the pastries. It would be also good to incorporate a small gym (at least some fixed bicycles).

Festival visit
Pros:

Staff was friendly.
Location next to station. Prices were a bit high, but there was a festival nearby that weekend, so understandable. Bus to festival (LuckyFes) was in front of the hotel.

Cons:

The sink was broken and hanging crookedly on the wall. It didn't bother me much, but really, that’s something you should fix before renting out the room again.
