Easy to get to SM Mall with a taxi or walk
Noise from the street and breakfast was very limited and money can be save to eat somewhere else.
The room is clean even though I could have asked for a room with a window coz Im a little claustrophobic. Size reminded me of Japanese budget hotels.
I only slept there and was out most of the day so I don't have any issues.
Good walking distance to Atria Mall, Iloilo Convention Center, Festive Mall, SM and some other establishments essential for solo travelling.
Treetop Resto foods were decent.
TV reception was bad.

Very Noisy you can hear everything , Slow wifi, the bathroom floods. Staff needs to be a little approachable
