Location
No elevator
I like the location since it is near to the bus station and 7/11 is just there below the building. Accessibility is good!
Stairs and i was the one who brought my things inside the room. The helper is not yet available.
Good value for money
Cleaning superficial, cockroaches in the bathroom.
Maintenance poor, no toilet seat
Cheap
Bad as you'd expect from any red doors. Not very clean
Hotel staff is good and friendly..decors is good...
Rooms have crack walls,no free toothbrush, shampoo.no doormats, blanket so thin and towels have stains.crockroaches in room and nobody help to bring luggage in room
Only the staff who try to be professional and helpful
None
Wifi & AC was OK.
The staffs were helpful to carry my luggage up to the 4th floor(no elevator).
free water server at the reception but not hot water.
7-eleven just next door and you can manage your needs.
Ceres bus terminal was in front of the hotel otherwise I wouldn't choose this hotel!
No elevator up to the fourth floor.
No air con in the corridor, dark in general.
Water tap was half broken in the bathroom.
Worn out towels.
Dark and no sound proof room, hear others talking in other rooms.
Since it's in front of the bus terminal, the noise from the street was constantly big.
Its proximity to the Ceres terminal is one of its few if at all, its only redeeming quality. This facility has seen better days. Now, it appears to be just on a downhill spiral of neglect and possibly lackluster management.
Some squalid "short time" lodging places could provide better basic amenities and front desk/ staff services than this facility at a slightly lower price. No basic toiletries (even the cheapest ones), noisy AC, practically paper-thin blankets, puffed out pillows, and faucets and showers with funky-smelling water. Also, the old lady (probably the owner/manager) desperately needs a crash course or at least a retake on basic guest relations and hospitality facility protocol when attending to guests. The state of the facility you will encounter here itself is a bit sad (to put it mildly) but the front desk demeanor of the staff is just a generous peppering of roadside dust on a hastily prepared street food you had no choice to eat or else you'll die of starvation. The hotel chain group that oversees this facility needs to seriously reconsider attaching their brand to this establishment.
I like how accessible the hotel is, it is just across Ceres Terminal which is very convenient for us especially we need to go to Boracay and there is a 7eleven downstairs. The staff are accommodating, they were selling basic necessities which are very affordable. There is WiFi and TV. It won't cost you 1k per night
