I expected more for the price, but I was disappointed.
Pros:

— The location was great because it was close to the center of Leon.
— The staff were very accommodating and friendly.
— There was a pool which kept the kids entertained.
— There’s a nice area with grand staircase & chandelier which made a great background for our photos.

Cons:

Other than the presence of a pool, this should not be named a “resort” for these reasons:
— No toiletries were provided literally, jjust a handwashing soap and 1 tissue). You have to buy your own body soap & shampoo (unheard of!)
— The tissue holder was full of dust & some cobwebs, we just had to place the tissue on a shelf
— In that entire room, there was zero hanging rack or hook. We did find 2 nails over one of the beds, that’s where we hung our towels .. and it was kind of frustrating because it was over my face when I lay down on bed.
— There were NO garbage bins, not even in the bathroom!
— we found lots of powdered wood on the floor (they’re probably from the old moulding or ceiling)
— the sink was dusty, but we had no choice but to put our stuff there because there’s nowhere else to place our dry stuff when we had to shower.
(Breakfast was not included… for the price, it should have).

Pros:

The owner as well as the front desk staff were very accommodating and friendly. No corkage for outside food and drinks.

Cons:

The pool needs maintenance. The aircon unit in a room for four pax should be upgraded to improve coolness. The hotel doesn't serve bfast.
