Very pleasant staff. Restaurant was well laid out, and only too helpful staff.

Cons:

Wi Fi was unreliable. Hallway sometimes had noisy guests. Window with a view would be better.

An ideal, central hotel with all the amenities.
Pros:

We liked the central location on top of a shopping centre and the hotel’s buffet breakfast was superb. It was also good that we could fill our water containers anytime from hotel coolers. Staff were always friendly and helpful.

Cons:

If you like having a window you would be disappointed as the rooms we chose did not have any.
