All the staff really lovely except two.

Cons:

I am not used to my key card only applying to my bedroom door!
We were at a wedding and came back at 1:30am
and realized we couldn't get in. Tried the two front doors and the rear door with no "fob access". The night porter let us in but was not very welcoming as it seems we needed to give advance notice of our late arrival as per the guest information sheet in our room ( we had not read it due to other time constraints)
.I left my key card on our table at breakfast but wasn't allowed back in ten minutes later when I went back for it. I was told to go to reception. I felt the lady was particularly unpleasant about the issue. She could have made an excuse.... As opposed to being so unpleasant/ difficult

Mostly very pleasant.
Pros:

Staff were very friendly, the room was very good.the hotel had a friendly feel to it.

Cons:

The room was on the road and road noise caused me to wear ear plugs.
The coffee was instant and I was dissapointed considering how good coffee is freely available every where, orange juice was from concentrate and not very nice, minor things but made a difference..

Pros:

Trotz Fehlbuchung, weil 1 DZ von 2 DZ fehlte, hat alles noch geklappt. Nettes Personal, gutes Frühstück und sehr leckeres Essen im Restaurant.
