Value for Money and Comfortable
Pros:

Strategic location. Comfortable stay. Within shoplots but it was so ok.

Cons:

I didnt like the centralised ironing place. Small lift also. But other than that, all okay

Clean and spacious but iron facility is bad
Pros:

The room is clean and spacious

Cons:

They only have iron facility at the hotel corridor. The quality of the iron(old, non steam iron, no water spray) is bad that I almost burn my cloth. I hope they could invest for proper steaming iron it will make a huge difference for customers.

差，臭 感觉不好
Pros:

地点不错，就是很吵 早上推车走来走去不隔音

Cons:

请维修 各各地方 很潮湿味道很刺鼻 感觉不适 预定的是大床房 可是你给的2张小床 和前台反应 还理所应当说没有了 感觉就是要告诉我要就住不要就走

Stay is not great, price is too high for the 2 star service
Pros:

Location was away from city centre. We chose it because of its proximity near family members in Adda Heights.

Cons:

Towels were worn out and old, feel like rags.
On Sunday 12 April 2026, there was no housekeeping, no top up of coffee sachets nor water bottles. We did not know until we return to hotel room after 8pm that evening. As it was too late for housekeeping, we called reception for fresh towels and 3 water bottles, but they only brought towels and 2 water bottles, with no explanation why there was no housekeeping. The next day on 13 April, housekeeping handed us coffee satchets and 2 water bottles on the day we were checking out.
Room has no windows and there was no ventilation other than aircon.
Note:
Another family member had another room with windows but the loud noise from motorcycles at night kept her awake. She was also awaken with the early morning prayer bellowing from the mosque behind the hotel.
