Cons:

Is a red light district hotel and it shouldn’t even be on Booking.com. No receptionist upon arrival until I call the mobile phone number provided on counter desk. The receptionist is a elderly male which looks extremely tired and blue.

Overall, i did my rest pretty good. Lots of endurance.
Pros:

location and worth of rate.

Cons:

Never take a room facing the main road. It's hysterical with motorists raking their motor through Tabrau Highway.
inter room smoking, even though you asked for non smoking room, you are inhaling secondhand smoke.
