Terasa cu vedere spre mare
Pros:

Terasa este ceea ce face deosebit acest apartament. Curat, destul de spatios, baia foarte bine pusa la punct. Patul destul de confortabil (pernele cam tari). Micul dejun simplu dar indestulator.

Cons:

Fara lift si cald pe scara, umbrela rupta pe balcon, destul de mult zgomot.

Pros:

Apartamentul spatios, curat, terasa mare, localizare f buna, in centrul vechi. Micul dejun se ia in cafeneaua de la parter, care e partajata pana la ora 10.00. Nu e extrem de bogat, dar suficient, ti se poate pregati si omleta pe loc.

Cons:

Apartamentul este la ultimul etaj, fara lift, deci faci ceva sport pe scarile inguste si circulare. Daca ai bagaj voluminos, poate fi dificil.
Leaganul de pe terasa are pernutele degradate, ar trebui inlocuite, deoarece face nota discordanta cu pretentiile apartamentului.
