Large rooms, well located for the Main Street in Kuta and Kuta Beach not far away. Nice breakfast in the morning and free tea, coffee, and water refill available all day. Showers had hot water. The owner was very friendly and also rented out scooters from the homestay.
Had to change room on arrival as the bedding in our first room was damp. Owner was very understanding about this! The AC was variable and the room in general was not very clean. They don’t provide shower gel/hand soap.
The room was comfortable and had everything I needed. The breakfast was great!

The staff was really friendly and helpful both with scooter rental and organising transportation (for their own benefit as well ofc) but they were really sweet and chatty and gave recommendations on beaches in the area, super responsive, felt well taken care of by them.
The facilities really weren’t up to standard in my opinion. The house from the outside already looks pretty run down, the room was ok but it smelled extremely moldy and the beds even felt damp. Even with AC trying to dry it out it didn’t get much better… wasn’t very comfortable there at all.
The size of the room, the good location and the family running the homestay were lovely. Easy to rent a scooter and good value for money. The breakfast was nice.

The property was really nice on the inside, room was super comfy and the AC was great. Nice pool, maybe felt like it could’ve done with a bit of a clean. The terrace was a nice place to hang out but not very clean.
The outside of the building is super dated and looks like it is unfinished, with a bit of touching up this homestay could be absolutely beautiful.

No mirror
The view from my room (2nd floor) was lovely. The rooms are very basic, but spacious and clean. Each room has chairs to sit on the balcony. Staff is friendly.
Pool didn't look very inviting for swimming. Might be due to rainy season and loads of rain. Pity, that the surroundings (e.g. veranda on 2nd floor) are not very well taken care of. Would be lovely corners to hang out.
The room had everything we needed and was very comfortable. There was a place to refill water and delicious breakfast every morning. Easy walking distance to town. It was easy to rent a scooter from the homestay as well. Marco was incredibly welcoming and generous. He offered me some fresh mango and banana from the property and taught me a new Indonesian word or phrase every day.
I’m not sure why but I had my eczema flare up while staying here and unfortunately had to leave a few days early.

Bedding had clearly been left out to dry in the rain and felt damp. We asked for new bedding and this was the same. Could have folded it into a right angle and it would have stayed upright.
