Passable
Pros:

The room was clean and the bed size was fine for one person and have wifi connection.

Cons:

They doesn't have table nor chair for a long stay and it's not comfortable eating and drinking at the floor. Just at least put small comfortable table and chair the size of the room was kinda small as well.

Pros:

Near location to bus terminal

Cons:

The comforter/blanket is thin not able to bring warmness when the room turns cold due to AC.
The AC is positioned high/ nearly on top of the ceiling that it is not reachable if you wanted to adjust.

An uncomfortable hotel close to the busstation in Davao
Pros:

The hotel is directly beside the busstation in Davao, easy to acces .

Cons:

this is a very uncomfortable hotel with loud aircon and outdated rooms.Unfortunately could sleep the whole night. I would not book a room here again:(
