Pros:

Very friendly and polite staffs, they changed the bedsheets upon our request on the first day of check-in, after we found some stains on the sheets. Location wise is very convenient as it is just opposite the supermarket and nearby with lots of food choices

Cons:

Hotel rooms getting aged, may need some upgrading/renovation.
