Cleanliness, politeness of staffs and manager
Gym was right above my floor little disturbing with walking and clanking of gym equipment
Breakfast was excellent and location was good. Everything was at hand reach, supermarkets, shopping malls etc. Taxi and bus was available at all times. Overall it was great.

Cleanliness, lack of modern facilities, the gym is not apart of the hotel.
The gym upstairs was very noisy.

Room under the gym, constant banging and knocking on the ceiling/ floor of the gym from 9-8pm. Was not told the gym is upstairs

The receptionists and other workers were very pleasant and accommodating with all my questions. It was nice to have a refrigerator, a microwave, a hot pot, fan, strong air conditioner and a nice spacious bathroom with excellent water pressure and hot water. However, the overall appearance of the room needs a bit of upgrade.
The location of the electrical outlets are not in suitable spots for charging phones and for using the hot pot with a space to place it. The bolts and locks need to be upgraded as the bolts were hard to use and does not seem that secure especially towards the verandah. Counter top was very damaged and floor tiles and grouting were quite dirty. The bedside rug needs to go. Most off all the bed sunk in the middle and became very uncomfortable quickly not to mention the noise from the gym above.
Hotel was clean and tidy. Ideally located.

Unfortunately, the upkeep of the hotel ie, cleaning and trying to keep the hotel looking fresh and inviting was poor. The bathroom and shower in my room did not look as clean as I would like and expect.
