Good location for hour or so drive to Frankfurt Airport. Hotel comfortable except for glitch.
Pros:

Nice hotel with interesting architecture, beautifully kept. Room was comfortable and fully updated.

Cons:

Check in was difficult. It is done fully with a touch screen which worked until the end (after payment, etc) when it said my room was not yet ready so key card could not yet be issued. This was at 4:30 pm with a reservation time of 3-4 pm. No staff was available and I had no idea how to get in my room nor whom to contact. Fortunately, mother of owner happened to come out of the neighboring building. She saw me and came over and I showed her what the screen was saying. She kindly understood my halting German and was able to get my card from her daughter's office (not in the hotel).

Die Villa Brenner ist eine Reise wert.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war hervorragend. Das Haus und die Zimmer waren im Jugendstil eingerichtet. Ganz toll. Jedes Zimmer hatte seinen eigenen Charme.
