Das herausragende Essen im Restaurant ist uns immer eine Reise wert. Da versteht jemand sein Handwerk!

Das Zimmer zur Parkplatzseite war nachts nicht dunkel, trotz Jalousie. Die Beleuchtung draußen schien schräg durch die Lamellen der Jalousie, so dass ein helles Muster an der Zimmerdecke entstand. Wer es nachts gerne dunkel hat, hat hier ein Problem. Es würde schon helfen, wenn die hellen Außenlampen nicht die ganze Nacht brennen würden.

Große Enttäuschung, katastrophales Management und Beschwerdemanagement
Pros:

Eigentlich ein ordentliches Hotel mit einem angenehmen Restaurant und guter Küche, welches von mir u.a. auch schon für Familienfeiern genutzt wurde. Leider ist der Service, sowohl im Hotel als auch im Restaurant unzureichend. Einige Mitarbeiter sind schlecht ausgebildet.

Cons:

Ich hatte die Unterkunft für Gäste von mir reserviert und vor Vorkasse geleistet! Trotzdem hat das Hotel meinen Gast genötigt, die Unterkunft mit Frühstück beim Check Out noch einmal zu bezahlen. Weder mein Gast noch ich, hatten auch 10 Tage später, vom Hotel eine Nachricht über eine Rückvergütung der Doppelabrechnung erhalten! Wenn ich mich gemeldet hätte, hätte das Hotel das Geld behalten, frei nach dem Motto, wenn der Gast den Fehler nicht merkt, hat er Pech gehabt!

Das Frühstück war gut.

Cons:

Das Hotelpersonal war nicht in der Lage, eine korrekte Rechnung auszustellen. Selbst 3 Tage nach der Reklamation hielt man es nicht für nötig, dem Gast die korrekte Rechnung auf seine Nachfrage hin umgehend auszustellen und zuzusenden.
