Pros:

Für den Preis war die Grösse ok. Die Badewanne war sauber... der Rest.... siehe unten...

Cons:

In der CH erwarte ich auch bei günstigen und unmodernen Hoteleinrichtungen ein bisschen Sauberkeit... Dieses Zimmer war auf jeden Fall NICHT sauber. Überall war es fleckig oder verspritzt. Schrank, Heizung. Der Duschvorhang war unten schmutzig. Das Bett ging, dort war lediglich ein Loch im Fixleintuch und das Kissen hatte schon bessere Zeiten gehabt. Sah jedoch schon etwas verlebt aus.
Das Treppenhaus und die Küche, zum mitbenutzen war staubig. Hatte dreckige, klebrige Substanzen auf dem Tischtuch und Löcher.
Der Kühlschrank war knapp akzeptabel, der TK so vereist dass nur noch die Hälfte nutzbar war.
Vor dem Haus - direkt neben der Schlüsselbox stapelten sich die Abfallsäcke.
Ich bin gar nicht erst eingezogen sondern postwendend wieder abgereist.

Location for our group was perfect.
Supermarket, Pizza Express, Thai and Vietnamese restaurant within 1/2 block and the tells bar had great food.

To describe Hotel Tell as Rustic Charm would be an embellishment.
Pros:

It was the best we could afford with private bathroom.
Bed was comfortable, but mattress had stains - no bed bugs so all good.

Cons:

Stuffy! No air flow even with windows open, one of which had a broken hinge ready so worried weight would have window fall out.
TV in room but didn’t work, other guests said same.
Power points, most don’t work.
Shower had great water flow, however drain did not, took 20 minutes for shower to drain.
Shower head holder broken so had to hold by hand.
Kitchen, no spoons and limited knives & forks, dirty microwave and only food heating appliance, table cloths yuk! No dishwashing detergent.

Unkomplizierter Check in und Check Out.

Gute Lage im Ort. Zimmergröße für ein Einzelzimmer gut.
Kostenlose Parkplätze hinter dem Haus vorhanden.

Mein Zimmer ging nach hinten raus und war dadurch sehr ruhig. Bett war komfortabel.

Gemeinschaftsterrasse und -Küche vorhanden, was eine Selbstversorgung möglich macht.

Cons:

Sauberkeit erinnert ehr an eine Hütte in den Bergen, als an ein Hotel. Dadurch hatte es ehr einen "rustikalen Charme".
Das Geschirr des Tee/Kaffee Angebotes im Zimmer war leider nicht gespült.

Im Treppenhaus und im Wandschrank standen Teller mit Mäuse-Ködern. Ich habe während meines Aufenthaltes zwar keine Mäuse gesehen, aber scheinbar ist das hin und wieder möglich.

Kommunikation mit den Hotelmitarbeitern nur via WhatsApp möglich. Antworten erhielt ich zügig, die Umsetzung der Anfragen war ausbaufähig.

Günstige Unterkunft mit kleinen Mängeln.
Pros:

Wie in anderen Bewertungen erwähnt, ist die Musik des Pubs darunter sehr dominant und in der Nacht störend. Mit Ohrenstöpseln geht es.
