Pros:

We were able to check in way prior our check in time, so we can explore the Interlaken. The staff was very kind. The rooms were very warm and they have the kitchen with nice terrace.

Dieses Hotelzimmer war das schlechteste in dem ich je war, schade um die über 160 Franken/Nacht
Cons:

Lichtschalter nur an der Eingangstür, die Nachttischlampe war nicht angeschlossen und es war auch keine Steckdose in erreichbarer Nähe. Der Weg ins Bett muss tastend im Dunkeln gefunden werden. Die Türklinke vom Bad war lose und ich hatte sie beim ersten öffnen in der Hand. Nach ca. 2 Minuten geht das Bad-Licht aus. Es ist ein Bewegungssensor installiert, der allerdings nicht reagiert wenn man unter der Dusche steht. Also nach zwei Minuten Duschen im Dunkeln. Am zweiten Abend kam kein Wasser aus der Dusche und kein Personal in der Nähe um das Problem zu lösen. Grosse Löcher in der Holzwand, eventuell eine ehemalige Steckdose.

L’emplacement, 10-15 min à pied du centre ville, 10 min en bus de la gare

Cons:

La propreté de la salle de bain, il y a de la moisissure sur les joints de la douche.
Durant le check out, nous avons été pressés de quitter les lieux par l’équipe de ménage. Initialement il est indiqué que le Check out a lieu jusqu’à 10:30, c’est indiqué sur booking mais également en bas de l’immeuble, sauf qu’à 10:00 l’équipe de ménage nous a indiqué sans bonjour sans s’il vous plaît sans merci, que c’était l’heure de quitter les lieux.
De plus, normalement dès que nous passons une nuit à Interlaken nous devons avoir des cartes de transports gratuites, nous les avons demandées mais nous n’avons jamais eu de réponses de la part de l’hôtel.
Il serait plus juste d’indiquer qu’il s’agit plus d’un établissement qui ressemble à une auberge qu’à un hôtel.

Excelente ubicación !!!
Pros:

Tuve que subir 3 pisos por escalera con mi maleta grande. No obstante la habitación era EXCELENTE, con un balcón muy grande.
