Hotel Guests are welcome to use the Health Club facilities including the swimming pool from 3pm on day of arrival until 11am on day of departure.

When traveling with pets, please note that an extra charge of £25 per room per night applies. Please note that a maximum of 2 pets is allowed.

For all arriving guests, the hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize a credit or debit card for the room rate per night plus an additional £50 per night for incidental charges.

The pre-authorization is not a charge but serves as a security guarantee for payment.

Any unused pre-authorized amount will be released on the day of departure.

If a credit or debit card cannot be provided for pre-authorization at check-in, full prepayment of the stay will be required upon arrival.

After successful pre-authorization, guests may charge items to their room during the stay by presenting their room key card wallet and signing for each transaction.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Pros:

Splendido hotel con stanze enormi e i due letti singoli erano queen size e comodissimi. Bellissimo bagno grande con vasca e doccia e ogni comfort. Direi straordinario rapporto qualità prezzo.

Pros:

An excellent stay.
Pros:

Lovely room and an amazing bed!
Very clean with a small fridge which was very useful. Nice sized bathroom.
A door led out to the garden area which was great for our dog. The hotel is very dog-friendly.
The staff are super friendly and helpful.
The breakfast has all the usual options which is regularly replenished and you can eat all you like.
All in all, another excellent stay. We will definitely be back.

Cons:

A very small thing but the extractor fan in the bathroom was not working.

Friendly staff and very dog friendly hotel
Pros:

Super dog friendly, and having a room with direct access for the dogs was ideal.
Staff really friendly and helpful.
Great breakfast!

Cons:

The air con wasn’t as cold as it normally is even though I followed the instructions, so the dogs were a bit too warm overnight.
Pillows were lumpier than last time so not as comfortable.
£17 for breakfast is a bit steep.

Value stay for a last minute trip
Pros:

Great value hotel and a good walking distance into Kenilworth for an evening meal and drinks. Hotel was clean, lovely reception and bar area. Room was also nice and clean and good decor

Excellent experience
Pros:

Good breakfast and facility like the swimming pool for kids are very good for family travel. Kids splash time was well communicated prior to arrival for planning is also helpful.
