Hotel Guests are welcome to use the Health Club facilities including the swimming pool from 3pm on day of arrival until 11am on day of departure.

When traveling with pets, please note that an extra charge of £25 per room per night applies. Please note that a maximum of 2 pets is allowed.

For all arriving guests, the hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize a credit or debit card for the room rate per night plus an additional £50 per night for incidental charges.

The pre-authorization is not a charge but serves as a security guarantee for payment.

Any unused pre-authorized amount will be released on the day of departure.

If a credit or debit card cannot be provided for pre-authorization at check-in, full prepayment of the stay will be required upon arrival.

After successful pre-authorization, guests may charge items to their room during the stay by presenting their room key card wallet and signing for each transaction.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Great value for a clean, comfortable and relaxing stay
Pros:

Clean, spacious and comfortable hotel and rooms! Great location too.

Cons:

Parking was a little tight but that was to be expected as there was a wedding party on and to be honest the additional parking in the event centre was less than a 5 minute walk

Very comfortable for one night. Any longer and I could not access the bath or shower.
Pros:

Very large and comfortable room. WiFi was adequate.

Cons:

Bath difficult to get into for older people. No walk-in shower.

Great overnight stay.
Pros:

Rooms were large and well presented, good restaurant and well presented pool area. Well priced for the facilities on offer. Ideally located for Warwick castle.

The staff are an absolute credit to the hotel and really made the stay.
Pros:

Excellent staff, really good customer service, good meal in the restaurant.

Cons:

For the price, I expected more toiletries. They should at least provide shampoo and conditioner. There was just one bottle of shower gel/shampoo combined nailed to the wall which was very difficult to access.

Would definitely come again!
Pros:

Great staff, freezing cold water on reception. Large restaurant/bar area with lovely outside facilities.
Room was spacious and comfortable and the shower was nice and powerful. Aircon was a godsend but ours developed a serious leak! We reported it Saturday morning and were pleasantly surprise & impressed that it was fixed on our return from our day out

Cons:

Light bites finish a little early and the restaurant options were limited and a little pricey
