Hotel Guests are welcome to use the Health Club facilities including the swimming pool from 3pm on day of arrival until 11am on day of departure.

When traveling with pets, please note that an extra charge of £25 per room per night applies. Please note that a maximum of 2 pets is allowed.

For all arriving guests, the hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize a credit or debit card for the room rate per night plus an additional £50 per night for incidental charges.

The pre-authorization is not a charge but serves as a security guarantee for payment.

Any unused pre-authorized amount will be released on the day of departure.

If a credit or debit card cannot be provided for pre-authorization at check-in, full prepayment of the stay will be required upon arrival.

After successful pre-authorization, guests may charge items to their room during the stay by presenting their room key card wallet and signing for each transaction.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Very comfortable with very friendly staff would definitely recommend
Pros:

The Staff went out of their way to help , I was with my elderly mom and they were so helpful.
The room was lovely , very big, it was quiet, we were on the ground floor in an accessible room

Staff were really helpful, made sure our rooms were next door. I left something behind, and they were very helpful. Very comfy. Nice and warm. Lovely food with good choices

Lovely big hotel in a peaceful location close to the town
Pros:

Nice well kept hotel with big comfy rooms, very peaceful location, fantastic breakfast, and regardless of it being a conference hotel it was quiet and not rowdy.

Cons:

The spa lacked a bit with options, no jacuzzi no saunas not a lot of places to relax
