Wonderful, quiet hotel
Pros:

Great location, close to the sea. Delicious breakfasts. Very clean rooms, and polite staff who speak the language perfectly.

Cons:

There is no elevator, but we tolerate it.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Bardzo polecam ten obiekt! Pokoje są wyjątkowo czyste, nowoczesne i urządzone w bardzo eleganckim, wręcz ekskluzywnym stylu – dokładnie tak, jak na zdjęciach. Łóżka są wygodne, a cały obiekt sprawia wrażenie bardzo zadbanego.

Ogromnym plusem była również bardzo korzystna cena. Mieliśmy porównanie z innymi hotelami i pensjonatami w okolicy i ten obiekt zdecydowanie wypada najkorzystniej pod względem jakości do ceny.

Na szczególne wyróżnienie zasługuje także bardzo dobry kontakt z osobą odpowiedzialną za zameldowanie. Była bardzo pomocna, wszystko przebiegło sprawnie i bezproblemowo. Dodatkowo możliwość zameldowania aż do godziny 23:30 była dla nas ogromnym ułatwieniem i jednym z powodów, dla których wybraliśmy właśnie ten obiekt.

I highly recommend Vila Ducu! A modern and very clean location, with quality supplies, located in a quiet area, just a 10 minute walk to the beach. The owner and all the staff were very kind and welcoming. We will definitely be back!

Cons:

Am plecat de la acest hotel cu un gust extrem de amar și cu siguranță nu voi mai reveni. Am venit cu speranța că mă voi relaxa, însă a fost complet imposibil să mă odihnesc.
Micul dejun a fost extrem de sărăcăcios, cu opțiuni foarte puține și produse de slabă calitate. Pe lângă asta, nimeni nu ne-a avertizat că se construiau cele două etaje de deasupra noastră, așa că de dimineața până seara s-au auzit bormașini și zgomote de nedescris. Nici măcar dimineața devreme nu ne-am putut odihni, deoarece de la ora 8:00 femeile de serviciu începeau deja să facă curățenie și se auzea un zgomot pe hol din cauza căruia nu se mai putea dormi.
Pe lângă toate acestea, am avut parte și de o problemă gravă de siguranță: când ne-am întors seara de pe faleză, am găsit ușa de la cameră complet deschisă. Revoltător a fost că, atunci când l-am sunat pe patron să îi semnalez acest lucru, mi-a spus direct „dumneavoastră ați lăsat-o”. Deși i-am cerut să se uite pe camerele de supraveghere ca să lămurim situația, nu a vrut deloc să mă ajute și nici nu s-a chinuit să verifice filmările.
O mare dezamăgire, servicii extrem de slabe și o atitudine complet neprofesionistă din partea conducerii!
