Masa sy sampai awal. Jam 12 tengahari sampai, terpaksa tunggu 2 jam di luar. Kebetulan cuaca sangat panas pada waktu itu

I wish the staff would stop smoking outside the hotel because it smells terrible. And there's a hidden tax when I pay. First and last, I will not come back here again. I forgot to read a review when I booked this hotel. Silly me. Luckily, the AC and water heater work properly and water flows fast too. Those are the only three things I remember that I can praise.
Location - close to Thai consulate for visa run. Close to great food places
Staff was not there most of the time - he was not even helpful with our luggage
Our room had "deluxe" on the door sign but it had no window - nothing advertised on site about lack of windows.
Upper floors had balconies and windows but no elevator. No good for people with luggage, elderly or disabled people.
Ground floor was very dark and felt unsafe - no lighting and didn't feel clean
Hotel is not worth the 7 rating on Booking.com. it's lucky to reach a 5 rating
Rooms are supposed to have electric kettles - ours didn't. TV didn't work.
I would not recommend staying here for 80MYR per night. The actual cost was 175 but with ridiculous taxes it went up to 250
