Pros:

Affordable price, good for someone who had very limited budget. Strategic location in the middle city centre (Kota Bharu) - Kak Ani Kantin Bomba Nasi Kerabu Tumis just in front of this hotel. Awesome!

I think this is the standard hotel in Kelantan below RM150.00. So don't mentioned it.
Pros:

The amenities - iron, water refill machine, hot shower water, and air conditioner
The locations - only 2.4km from city center which can walk around 30 minutes to arrive there
The repainting work - nice for the exterior and interior (except the room not being repainted)

Cons:

The size of the room - imagine Japan hotel room size that's the size
The room condition - old (very), dirt wall lots of hand print and ceiling full of cobweb
The room sound resistance - horrible like there is no window to reflect the sound coming from the main road beside of the hotel. As usual Kelantan famous with noisy vehicle exhaust think their vehicle is the best (some not all) - this will wake you up 2-4 times after midnight
