The biggest drawback of this hotel is the lack of an in-house restaurant. You’ll need to walk nearly 2 km just to find a decent place for breakfast. For lunch and dinner, there’s a fairly okay restaurant about a five-minute walk away. The room had a TV, but there was no remote provided. Despite calling the reception for help, no one ever came to fix the issue as promised. Overall, the hotel is fine for an overnight stay, but the absence of nearby food options makes it quite inconvenient.

The cleanliness of the hotel isn’t great, towel was stained, bath mat as well. Floor was dirty - no regular cleaning of the room. We were told 24 hour check in - for foreigners this means reception is open 24 hours. We found out the night before we were due to leave this meant to them a 24 hour check in check out cycle! Not good enough - booking.com states 12pm checkout - this is false, beware! You ‘buy’ time here in 24 hour blocks, not nights as stated on the website. We were not informed of this. The other guests on our floor were noisy and rude, I was told to call reception if any problems and when I did call no one answered (I called multiple times). I eventually had to leave my room at 2am and go find security. As a single female traveller this wasn’t safe for me.

It is not safe for women who travel alone. It looks like a kalyana matapam with room for bride and groom. The rooms are too small and the hotel is still under construction work. The faculty could not follow ENGLISH at all . They intially said they will accept cash only and card payment through booking .com was not possible. i had very bad experience.

Cleanliness
must improve. Clean bed sheets, pillows and pillow cover were not clean and I could see a lot of molds in bathrooms and ants on bed.

What was advertised wasn’t there. There was no onsite Restaurant, you had to call a hotel 400m away for it to be delivered to your room. As a foreigner who doesn’t speak the language this was hard, and on one evening the hotel hung up on us as they were busy and we were told rudely to call back when we had made up our minds. There was no dining area to eat. The room wasn’t as advertised. There was no seperate bedroom, everything was in one room and the lounge that is advertised as a sofa bed wasn’t suitable. The room wasn’t cleaned at all during our stay, in fact the sheets on the bed were dirty and clearly not changed from the previous stay (they were quick to change when I asked). Being expected to eat in the room as there is no restaurant the rubbish should have been collected daily but wasn’t collected once in our 4 night stay, nor the room cleaned.
