Overall, good value and quality for the price.
Pros:

Gentlemen who I assume is also the owner was very kind and accommodating. Location is very central, breakfast was standard - nothing extraordinary but also not lacking. Room was larger than expected and temperature was well controlled.

Cons:

One morning of our stay, the building did not have any hot water but that issue was fixed by the time we returned to our room in the afternoon.

Chef hat seine eigene Bezahltechnik und Buchhaltung nicht im Griff. Dazu dumme macho Anmache!
Der Betrieb muss vom Gewerbe Aufsichtsamt kontrolliert werden wegen unzulässiger Geräte beim Bezahlen.
Dazu fake Rechnungen! unmöglich!

I would stay here again! Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Pros:

This hotel was located just a few steps off the main street of Kunzelsau. It has been remodeled and is very modern and comfortable. The beds were luxurious, and the bathroom was ultra modern. Breakfast was very good with lots of options.

Wir waren im relativ neuen Gästehaus untergebracht. Das Zimmer war sauber und hatte eine kleine Küche. Lademöglichkeit und Unterbringung für E Bikes in der Garage kostenlos. Frühstück war i O.

Rezeption war nicht kundendienlich. Schimmel in den Ecken der Dusche. Matratzen zu weich (hatte Rückenverspannung)
