Just a brief stay as arrived late and up early. All good from room PoV and good location for Media City/ Salford quays area . Not far from tram stop to city centre about 30 minutes away

Very clean, staff really friendly, excellent location for media city food was great and a server in the bar area with red dyed hair was especially chatty and lovely today.
I requested a walk in shower instead of a bath, that was ignored. I was emailed an offer to upgrade and I replied I would like to, then was told I would be informed on arrival if I got one, it was never mentioned at all. I was more upset about the shower as I recently had surgery on my legs and stepping in and out of a bath wasn’t ideal.

Only thing if I had to say anything was the carpark wasn’t part of the hotel, it was a short walk away, but only 5 mins
