Great stay and lovely food and staff
Pros:

Room was lovely on 12th floor and lift worked well
Breakfast was plentiful, lots of choice and great quality
Staff were really friendly and helpful. We ate in the bar on our first night and had a lovely meal with drinks. The next night we were going to go into the quays area but were so tired from our day out that we had room service. This was quickly delivered and excellent quality. Reception and bar/restaurant staff were lovely.

It Was a Beautiful Room.The Staff Friendly and So Kind.I Called to Reception a few times and the last time was for something to eat VEGAN.I Asked for Salad Sandwich and there was more on the plate it was very lovely set ot and so tasty.The bed very comfy and large.I'm Disabled and have a lot of pain but I slept very well.Thankyou to all that Helped me and Spoke with me.Elaine xxxxxxx

Pros:

Great location if attending Old Trafford with public transport near by also. Allowed us to check in early which was great. Plenty of places to eat nearby with shopping area close by. Breakfast was very good.

Cons:

Room card locked us out before the 11am checkout.

Lifts are very slow especially at peak times.

Wifi is non existent and it is better to use your data
