Location was excellent in MediaCity, so close to the Tram and only a 15 minute drive to high street.
Rooms were really clean and a good size. Staff were really nice and helpful.

very clean and a comfy bed. Only stayed for one night but just what I needed.
card for lighting an electric didnt work properly in my room 1506. Had to told the card in with a hairband to get the lights to work.
The only fault I can pick was the bed was too hard for me personally but I was given a thick quilt which I folded in half to lie on and that sorted the problem. Area was great. Breakfast was good and had vegan sausages on request, even had vegan yoghurt.

Friendly, clean and welcoming, lovely place to stay
I didn’t like the fact that the king accessible room was on the 16th floor, had there been an emergency and lifts were out of order I would not be able to get down due to mobility issues. So I don’t think that’s very practical. I also didn’t like the fact that the car park that had there discount was not the one in front of the hotel, as a disabled person, having to go to the multi storey, unload everything including my mobility scooter and then carry my luggage to the hotel was difficult and inconvenient, and then having to do the same when we left. It’s not very disabled friendly.
