Good location. Big apartment. Nice building. East check in and out. Many restaurants around. Very clean.

Cons:

No air conditioning. Small bathroom. There is kitchen but not really fully functional. Value for the price was so so.

Worst experience ever ! Do not stay there !
Pros:

Worst experience ever I had with a hotel. The rooms were super dirty, bedsheets had spots all around them. I messaged the property and booking. Com with the pictures I took upon arrival. No body did anything , the next morning there was no body there that could speak English. She said admin was closed that day. Hotel refused to give us our money back even though we checked out the next day. Finally after spending so much time on vacation dealing with this issue hotel agreed to pay us for 2 nights but charged us for 3 nights even though we only stayed there for one night. Both experiences with hotel and booking.com support was awful

Old sheets , super uncomfortable beds. Super dirty with seeming a handful of hair by my bed , and worst was the customer service

Excelente ubicación
Pros:

La ubicación, fuimos a un concierto en el Auditorio y caminado puedes ir. Está muy transitado de día, de noche no tanto. Hay muchos establecimientos al rededor.

Cons:

En general me gustó, no tengo tema nada. Solo que, si deben de poner un anuncio más visible a la entrada, porque entramos por una puerta y resultó que era por la otra.
