Friendly, good-value accommodation near Eichenried golf course
Pros:

Very good wifi (though the correct password was not the one in the room, it was the one pinned to the top of the stairs !)
Very comfortable bed. Lots of room for hanging and storing clothes, hooks for coats....
There was a table with two chairs, two bedside tables and lights, a separate room for the bathroom, and a very good shower.
Near the stairs, there was a fridge with reasonably priced drinks for sale (honour system) and we managed to squeeze in some milk there, as there is no fridge in the room. The owner kindly allowed us to bring our travel kettle, as there is no kettle in the room.
The hotel is next to the bus stop and across from a bakery. It an easy, 20-minute walk to the Eichenried golf course.
There was no a/c but there was an excellent quiet fan. There was an openable window and a glass door to a balcony for fresh air. There were good, light-excluding curtains
Very friendly staff. The hotel also has a restaurant, which seemed to be very popular, though we did not try it.

Cons:

The TV only seemed to have about ten German channels, ok for us as we understand German, but a bit frustrating if you want other languages or other channels.
The location is somewhat remote, which is a bit problematic if you have no car (the location is fine if you do!) The 513 bus only runs hourly and does not run on Sundays at all. The location is, however, ideal for the golf course as it is only twenty minutes walk away. If you are going anywhere other than the golf course (e.g. doing some tourism in the centre of Munich), be aware that the public transport system is currently complicated and expensive. For people staying longer than we did (we stayed four days), it could be worth buying a Deutschland ticket . You have to buy it for at least a calendar month, it is only 60 or so euros a month and you can go on all transport. During our short stay, and even though we were very canny, we ended up spending about 40 euros each. This included getting to and from the airport, which needed 5 stripes each on a "Streifenkarte" (and that was the cheapest way!) and being completely without transport on Sunday .
There is no supermarket within easy walking distance, but knowing this, we ourselves bought a few items at the supermarket at the airport.

Wir kommen gerne wieder
Pros:

Familiengeführter Landgasthof mit sehr leckerem Essen, freundlichem Personal, direkt an der Hauptstraße gelegen. Zimmer waren im Hinterhaus, ruhig, mit Balkon, etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sehr sauber. Parkplätze ausreichend vorhanden. Für unseren Besuch genau richtig.

Cons:

Frühstück war von allem vorhanden, auf Wunsch auch frisches Rühr- oder Spiegelei.

Problemloses einchecken.

Cons:

-keine weitere Kontrolle. Theoretisch hätte sich jeder unseren Schlüssel schnappen können und sich in unserem Zimmer gemütlich machen können.
- Matratzen das billigste vom Billigen.
- Lattenrost defekt. Wir mussten selber "umstecken"
- ich warte seit Ankunftstag auf Auskunft über die Frühstückszeiten und Abläufe
- bis nachts (1 Uhr) werden Stühle oder ähnliches hin und her gerückt (unsere Fenster waren geschlossen..)
- ab 5 Uhr wieder Krach

Pros:

Das Frühstück ist super lecker. Alles was man möchte wird besorgt. Die lange ist gut. Für abends sind Getränke parat,die man für kleines Geld nehmen kann.

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit. Heizung,Fensterbänke und Waschbecken könnten besser gereinigt sein

Ágætt fyrir eina nótt en ekki meira
Pros:

Vingjarnlegt starfsfólk, flottur veitingastaður.

Cons:

Innréttingin var frekar gömul og lúin. Það heyrðist hátt í rúminu og dýnan var mjög mjúk. Gólfið í herberginu og inn á baði var mjög kalt. Herbergið var mjög þröngt með þriðja rúminu inni.
