Beds very comfortable.
Breakfast excellent as usual
Check in and out very quick and efficient
Guest noise late at night
Great location and facilities. Staff are excellent. Great food.
Hotel very easy to find, carvery attached to hotel was value for money with good quality food.
Nothing
Location. Staff were pleasant. Food was good when we eventually got it
The blind for our room window was lying on the floor when we went into the room so didn't get a lot of sleep. Heat in the room also too much and no way to properly cool it down. Queue for the carvery took us 45 mins to actually get fed - I feel there should be a separate area in the kitchen or something for the just eat orders being made - it holds up the service for restaurant queue.
Good Parking
The rooms are tired and old and mouldy
Staff rude and not on the ball
All staff very friendly and helpful, from check in to housekeeping to bar staff.
Convenient location for motorway.
Room as expected - just like a travelodge. A bit pricey for a 2 star hotel.
Bulbs broken in both bedside lamps ( very helpful young man from the bar went to get new ones for me), bedside table missing, drawers missing from desk, traffic noise even with window closed
Friendly staff. Great location
Everything was just fine
Food is good, bed and room was basic but all fine
Bar closes very early, we came in from touring and we're abruptly told, bar closed, didn't even tell us the travel Lodge next door may serve us a drink, which they duly did, staff seemed under pressure during breakfast time, under staffed id say... the porridge option is a shelf dry porridge in a container....goodness me how hard is it to make fresh porridge if someone requests it, not faulting the evening or carvery menu, it is nice but there's few improvements could definitely be made.
The team was lovely , beds comfortable, internet good , plenty of milk , tea and coffee in rooms topped up daily , close to theme park and playing park , lovely walks very close by
Could of done with 2 bed side cabinets and 2 chairs
Easy parking, resturaunt good value.
Our room had a Velux window with no shade above the bed. Therefore at 5 in the morning the sun comes streaming in and you cannot get any further rest. They should add a black out shade.
The fire alarm system had issues and went off both nights of our stay. We evacuated our room but the alarm stopped, however there as no one on hand to update the situation and if it was safe to stay in the room.
We had 2 nights of very poor rest.
Location, friendliness, clean,
No air conditioning. Had to have the window open overnight which meant a lot of traffic noise.
Cosy good value property, the staff were very friendly and welcoming
The location was very difficult to deal with. The Ubers don’t go there so you have to prebook taxis everywhere. The wait time was up to an hour when we ordered them
