More meat in a tesco sandwich
Pros:

This place is a disgrace the amount of meat you are allowed to have is so little for the cost of the carvery and the staff are very rude and unprofessional. I will never return to this restaurant again i am very disappointed as toby carvery used to be good.

Late Arriving but Sorted.
Pros:

Staff were really helpful in the evening at the Toby Carvery. We were late arriving but they happily helped us get sorted next door in the accommodation.

Cons:

Online signing in only available until 10pm and it doesn't say you can contact nightnporter if arriving late. Contact number is generic chain number. Luckily found Toby Carvery number for venue and they were really helpful.

Pros:

The room itself was ok and the bed was very comfy. There was plenty of space in the room. Was more than adequate for a one night stay and the location was good.

Cons:

The cleanliness of the bathroom was filthy. The tiles on the bathroom wall were dirty, the shower hose was filthy, there was mould on the ceiling in more than one area, the towel rail was badly rusted, toilet didn't flush right first time, and there was a dirty teaspoon. Reported to staff on checking out and wasn't satisfied with the response.

Not bad stay
Pros:

The staff on the bar and the food the carvery was nice

Cons:

Got woken up at 5.30 by and alarm someone smoking or vaping in their room. When confronted the manager as instructed by house keeping. She was so rude and basically said there is nothing she can do. But my little girl couldn’t get back to sleep and wasn’t in good form all day because of this

Not happy at all.
Cons:

No hair dryer in room, Terrible draught in room, Stood in corridoor with no lighting for too long, Very noisy, One corner of room lots of dirty marks on wall and bits on carpet, Fire alarm went off at 4-30am, false alarm thankfully,[ at least it worked lol ] But no one came to tell us it was a false alarm, Getting the smell of someone smoking weed drifting into our room from the corridoor, Having to book into our room at the resteraunt. The shower room was lovely.
