Important information:

According to Vietnamese law, clients must present their Identification Papers, Passports and the Children's birth certificates of each passenger in the group at check-in.

The room rate is based on 2 adults only. Maximum 1 child under 5 years stays free of charge when using existing beds.

Children from 12 years old and above should be considered as adults, an extra bed with an inclusive breakfast is VNĐ 560.000 per night for the buffet breakfast. Guests are to pay the surcharge at the property.

Children from 6 -11 years old per room can share parent’s existing bedding for complementary, and will be charged for the buffet breakfast at the reception.

Please note that foreign guests need to provide a valid passport and a visa at check-in.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Good hotell in a not so fun location
Pros:

The location within Phan Thiet was good although Phan Thiet is not that fun place. Nice staff and clean room. Restaurant in the hotell was good. Pool area has a large shallow kid friendly part and there is an ok gym available.

Cons:

Phan Thiet is not that fun of a city. It seems to have seen better days and much is quite run down and/or closed down. There is sort of a beach quite close to the hotell but some days when the water is high there is almost no sand visible and there is a lot of trash lying around on the part that are visible. There are not that many restaurants to chose from.

Delightful!
Pros:

Great buffet, spacious rooms and nice poolside area.

Cons:

Wish there were more chaise lounges by the pool but I was there during Tet holidays when hotel was packed.

Pros:

Chổ đậu xe thoải mái, hồ bơi sạch, xác biển.

Cons:

Tuy xác biển nhưng biển lên xác bờ kè vào buổi sáng & chiều nên hơi bất tiện khi tắm. Còn ko biết buổi trưa thì sao?

Pros:

Le personnel est d'une courtoisie et d'une gentillesse exemplaire . Que ce soit à la réception pour répondre à une question ou au restaurant pour le service , partout une très grande amabilité et un désir de rendre service ....

Cons:

J'ai moins apprécié la vétusté de la chambre (prises électriques ne fonctionnant pas) et un matelas peu confortable. De plus, dans la journée un bruit sourd permanent qui doit provenir d'une machine. Mais ne soyons pas trop négatif car , dans l'ensemble, je suis satisfait de mon séjour.
