Horrible atención
Pros:

Imposible calificarlos , no nos abrieron la puerta ni nos dieron llave de las habitaciones reservadas, lame durante 30 minutos al teléfono y la puerta y nada no hubo respuesta. Había llamado a medio día para avisar q llegaríamos cerca de medianoche y me dijeron en ese momento q no habría ningún problema y finalmente no fue así. Muy mal servicio. Tuvimos q buscar alojamiento alternativo a medianoche para toda la familia.
