Die Kissen waren bequem, mehr positives gibt es nicht.

Cons:

Die Bilder entsprechen nicht der Realität. Die Zimmer sind heruntergekommen und ohne jeglichen Standard. Als Dusche dient ein Rohr aus der Wand: also nur kalt! Das „Hotel“ ist hellhörig und die Klimaanlagen sehr laut. Wir waren froh dass wir nur eine Nacht gebucht hatten.

PURA VIDA, como en casa.
Pros:

Lo que más me gustó fueron los almuerzos en su restaurante. Comimos hasta pulpo excelentemente preparado. Y los batidos y Piñas Coladas con y sin alcohol.
El personal muy cariñoso y dispuesto a resolver las necesidades. Como la habitación no tiene heladera, me prestaron una nevera el tiempo que estuve allí (dos noches y sus días). Se destaca la atención de Adolfo y del Chef. Las chicas tanto la que atendía el restaurante como Tamara la chica de la limpieza muy amables y eficientes.

Cons:

La habitación pequeña y con sólo una pequeña ventana al muy bonito jardín.
La ducha no contaba con agua caliente pero como la temperatura en Puntarenas suele ser muy altas, no se precisaba.

The only good thing about the stay was Adolf the host who was great.
Breakfast was nice.

Cons:

Uncomfortable beds, sink not attached to wall, dark and dingy with frequent power outages. Tight inconvenient parking. Absolutely no facilities.

Pas vraiment d'intérêt particulier de s'arrêter à Puntarenas, village sans charme. Hôtel au confort moyen.

J’avais ignoré les notes, j’ai laissé une chance et maintenant je prendrai note des notes sur Booking

Une odeur de bombe anti moustique dans la chambre à en vomir la touche. Si on peut appeler ça une douche et carreaux sont cassés. Vous n’avez même pas une applique sur le tuyau. juste un filet d’eau qui coule et d’eau froide s’il vous plaît. ah et le petit-déj’ vous devez pleurer pour boire un café vous levez à plusieurs reprises pour demander même pas un verre d’eau ni un jus d’orange.

Das Hotel benutzt Fakebilder. Als Zimmerbilder wurden die von anderen Hotels benutzt, kein Möbelstück, muffiger Geruch, das Bad unbenutzbar,alles lieblos.

Excelencia en el servicio y habitaciones muy limpias y cómodas.
Pros:

Absolutamente todo, desde el contacto inicial, la disponibilidad de la habitación horas antes de la llegada y comunicación muy clara y enfocada en el servicio al cliente, desde la China y su compañero en la atención de las mesas, junto con las chicas de la recepción muy atentos en todo momento, excelente comida y sobre todo el trato, muy profesionales y el lugar altamente recomendado, volveremos pronto!

No towels, room smelt like a toilet bowl, no hot water, check in took forever as staff walked away to take orders from the restaurant, door lock barely worked, windows missing, bed uncomfortable, toilet paper was .5 ply, do not recommend!
