Sehr nettes Personal wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt
Pros:

Super schöne Unterkunft. Alles war sehr sauber und der Garten, sowie der Wellnessbereich war sehr schön. Auch das Frühstück und das Abendessen war wirklich sehr lecker.

Calme et bien placé
Pros:

Les chambres étaient spacieuses et propres. L’hôtel était très calme. L’espace piscine extérieur était très agréable après une chaude journée de visite. L’hôtel est bien placé avec un arrêt de bus à 2 minutes pour aller en ville .

Cons:

La déco un peu vieillotte des chambres et mes filles n’avaient pas de Clim dans leur chambre.

Очень стильный и современный номер, чистый, удобный, комфортный. Санузел порадовал, очень чисто и не было проблем с душем. Очень порадовал фен, мощный и новый. Большой плюс для девушек.
Спа-зона и открытый бассейн отличные, могу посоветовать. идеально подходит для спокойного спа-отдыха.

Cons:

Обед разочаровал! несмотря на то, что обед должен был длиться до 16:00, когда я пришла в 15:00 все было пусто, есть было нечего!! я оплатила полный пансион и на обед удалось съесть только кусочек пирога со стаканом сока. Это был большой минус.
Ужин и завтрак были в порядке.

Pros:

Das Frühstück war super! Es war für jeden etwas dabei. Auch das Personal beim Frühstück war freundlich.
Der Wellnessbereich war schön angelegt, vor allem auch der Außenbereich mit dem Pool und den Liegen.

Cons:

Ich hatte ein DZ zum Innenhof gebucht und bekam ein DZ zu einer hochfrequentierten Straße, da war 5 Uhr die Nacht leider vorbei. Der Zustand des Bades war für ein 4 Sterne Hotel eine Katastrophe! Die Dusche war verschimmelt und lief total schlecht ab. Der Heizkörper war verschmutzt.( Zi. 521!)
Da es ein Spa& Wellness Hotel ist, wollten wir dies auch nutzen. Kinder unter 14 Jahren waren im Wellnessbereich nicht erlaubt, dies hat aber niemanden vom Personal interessiert und somit planschten fröhlich Kinder im Entspannungswhirpool.
Im Außenpool waren Kinder erlaubt , aber auch da hatte es nichts mit Wellness zu tun, wenn es den ganzen Tag wie im Erlebnisbad war. Einige Gäste haben stillschweigend und sichtlich erbost ihre Liegen verlassen .
Das Konzept , so wie es angeboten wird, ist einfach mit kleinen Kindern nicht kompatibel.
Mich hat der Aufenthalt enttäuscht , zumal dieser auch nicht gerade günstig gewesen ist.

Pros:

The large terrace was fantastic, and I loved having a minibar and a coffee machine in the room. The bed was extremely comfortable, making for a great night's sleep. I would happily stay here again.

Cons:

The breakfast could be improved. The selection of bread and pastries was quite limited, and I didn't like that scrambled eggs had to be ordered separately. They arrived only after I had already finished my breakfast,

In the room, the wardrobe door was broken, and the cosmetic mirror was also not working properly.

Prima hotel voor een kort verblijf,
Pros:

Heel attent en vriendelijk personeel. Zeer goed ontbijt. Hele goede bedden, ruime slaapkamer helaas geen airco, het was die dag wel extreem warm, 38 graden celcius.

Cons:

De badkamer is langzaam aan vervanging toe, de ligging is voor een of twee dagen prima maar het hotel is in een sobere woonwijk gesitueerd en bij het hotel is verder niets te beleven, afstand naar Regenburg is daarentegen slechts een kwartiertje rijden.

Das Hotel ist ein kleines Juwel mit schöner Lage und sehr schönen Wellnessbereich sowie sehr freundlichem Personal.
