Pros:

Ich war bereits zuvor Gast in diesem Hotel und kann bestätigen, dass sich die positiven Eindrücke weiterhin bestätigen.
Das Hotel bietet ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.
Der Service ist zuverlässig und freundlich, individuelle Wünsche werden, soweit möglich, erfüllt.
Besonders positiv ist die verkehrsgünstige Lage:
Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt vor dem Hotel, und die Innenstadt ist in etwa fünf bis sieben Minuten erreichbar.
Ein großes Einkaufszentrum in unmittelbarer Nähe sorgt für zusätzliche Flexibilität.
Hervorzuheben ist außerdem die Dachterrasse, die bei gutem Wetter zum Verweilen einlädt und den Aufenthalt angenehm abrundet.

Tatsächlich die Unterkunft mit dem kleinsten Preis in Regensburg

Cons:

Eine sehr einfache Ausstattung. Das Hotel befindet sich im Dachgeschoss eines Mehrzweckgebäudes in einem Gewerbeviertel. Dadurch ist es im Sommer sehr warm.
Das Bad war grenzwertig. Die Dusche vergammelte und auch der Türrahmen zerfiel.
Man sollte für einen Besuch in Regensburg lieber etwas mehr Geld ausgeben.
Das Frühstück war einfach, aber mit knapp 10 € pro Person auch günstig.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt und hervorragendes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis
Pros:

Super freundlicher Chef und Personal, Bushaltestelle direkt vorm Haus mit sehr guter Anbindung in die Stadt und Altstadt. Ein Supermarkt ist fußläufig in weniger als 5 Minuten erreichbar. Auch ein großes Einkaufscenter erreicht man zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten. Sehr bequemes Bett und ruhige Lage. Das Bad ist ausreichend groß, die Ausstattung allerdings etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Laut Chef sollen die Zimmer im Frühjahr 2026 renoviert werden. Das Frühstück war für mich absolut ausreichend. Für Raucher steht eine große Dachterrasse zur Verfügung. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist hervorragend! Ich habe mich wohl gefühlt und würde jederzeit wieder dort übernachten.

Cons:

Die Zimmer befinden sich im Dachgeschoss. Mein Zimmer wurde von einem Dachbalken durchquert. Dies ist aber auch auf den Fotos des Angebots zu sehen. Ich musste mich daher etwas bücken, um unter dem Balken durch auf der einen Seite ins Bett einzusteigen oder das Dachfenster zu öffnen. Mich hat das allerdings nicht gestört. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist einfach, aber zweckmäßig!
