Consiglio sia l’albergo sia il ristorante. I prodotti sono di ottima qualità. La camera offre tutto il confort atteso e risulta molto calma. L’accoglienza è molto professionale e gentile.

La posizione dell’albergo è molto comoda, le camere sono spaziose e fornite di balcone. La colazione è abbondante e l’arredamento è curato.
Al momento del nostro arrivo abbiamo scoperto che l’area del giardino, fornita di vasca idromassaggio, era a disposizione solo di alcune camere con tariffa più elevata della nostra. Queste informazioni non erano riportate da nessuna parte su Booking e avevamo scelto questo albergo proprio per questi servizi. Quando abbiamo chiesto se era possibile pagare un supplemento per usufruire del giardino, ci è stato detto di no, perché avremmo provocato un “disservizio” agli altri ospiti, occupando il loro spazio. Mi è sembrata una risposta molto scortese, soprattutto considerando che sul profilo dell’albergo di Booking non c’è alcun riferimento a questa differenza. Inoltre, la nostra camera “Relax” aveva il balcone posizionato sopra la cassa del bar del hotel, che dalla mattina alle 10 fino a fine giornata metteva la musica non stop. In un contesto di montagna con un bellissimo fiume che scorre davanti all’albergo è un vero peccato dover ascoltare Radio Montecarlo tutto il giorno, anche dentro la camera da letto nei momenti di riposo pomeridiano. Considerando che l’albergo è molto curato nell’arredamento, credo che l’accoglienza del personale potrebbe essere migliorata per garantire un soggiorno perfetto agli ospiti.

The rooms are very spacious, modern but still full of the chalet charm, nice balconies with mountain views, and a new shower/toilet. I felt extremely comfortable in this hotel.
The staff are amazing, the restaurant in the hotel is Devine and full of local specialties and wines.
I got wonderful recommendations on what to do around Schilpario from walks, to museums to wineries.

Ein unerwartet schönes Kleinod mitten im Nirgendwo. Wir waren mit den Rädern unterwegs, die wir problemlos unterstellen konnten. Das Zimmer war wunderschön, das Essen im Lokal sehr empfehlenswert und die Besitzerin sehr um uns bemüht.
