Rooms were very spacious but everything were arranged beautifully ,neat & clean.
Our team of 7 adults were provided 3 ground floor rooms.

The location and the breakfast. The lady helped us to arrange the tuk tuk during the last day.
The toilet was horrible. The room was dirty, the bed sheets were full of spots. The guy at the reception was not very welcoming.
The proximity of sitapur beach and in the morning being able to walk to see the sunrise.

The wifi doesn't work well and neither does the hot water. The towel had holes.
The staff who attended to me upon arrival spoke almost no English. The owner appeared at breakfast time.
About the meals as much as breakfast and lunch, very poor.
Staff and management were great! They worked hard to meet our needs. It was convenient to be able to order dinner and wait comfortably in our rooms till it was ready. The driver who took us to other beaches and back was very nice.
Our plan was to go swim at the beach closest to the property (Sitapur) everyday but swimming is not allowed at that beach. Also there are many stray dogs at the beach who came up close and sat next to us, touching us. I wasn’t comfortable with a 7month old baby so we didnt go back.
The food was really great. We were pleasantly surprised down. The road is vibes and dines. They got a good set of reviews however, we had a really bad experience. They served us lemon water that was not filtered even when we inquired if it was, my wife had Montezuma‘s revengesix times in the night.
Of course, we wish we had eaten all our meals at the hotel and the staff were really great and attentive. I’d stay here again for sure.
