Perfect...........
Pros:

My husband and I loved the room. We were in the penthouse room 401. It had everything!!! Hopefully the next time we are able to come we are able to get the same room. We were also able to sit outside and enjoyed the air planes.

Cons:

Everything was perfect!!! There was nothing that we would change. We hate that we were not able to enjoy the hot tub downstairs. Maybe next time.

La primera noche no pude alojarme cuando llegue a las 6 pm no hacía personal de recepción y no dejaron llaves ni información . El teléfono y correo que dejaron nunca contestó y perdí esa noche teniendo q pagar en otro hotel

Perfect location for ppl who want 2 be close 2 the hustle&bustle, but not in the hustle&bustle!
Pros:

Dee was awesome. In fact, all the front desk staff were awesome. This wasn't a cookie-cutter hotel and the building has a really cool history. Nice-sized mini fridge, not cramped. VERY comfy bed. Location was fabulous for nearby conference center and the all to Canal Street/Riverwalk was short as well.

Cons:

We needed more lighting in our room to do work; one of our lamps didn't work, so we ended up unplugging one from the bedroom and bringing it into the living room, but it was still kind of dark.

Beautifully adequate
Pros:

Great location, beautifully decorated inside, cozy space, easy check in and check out

Cons:

Like most buildings in New Orleans it’s an older structure so it was really cold in the common areas like there was no heat there. Also, we required the use of the sofa bed and that mattress was really thin and uncomfortable.

Cozy, warm and well located!
Pros:

The hotel as a lot of charm, I've appreciate the balcony, the location and it's quiteness! Few minutes walk awya from the main entertainment target and restaurants. Ask for the Jim Singleton suite, that's an experience!
