Perfect location for ppl who want 2 be close 2 the hustle&bustle, but not in the hustle&bustle!
Pros:

Dee was awesome. In fact, all the front desk staff were awesome. This wasn't a cookie-cutter hotel and the building has a really cool history. Nice-sized mini fridge, not cramped. VERY comfy bed. Location was fabulous for nearby conference center and the all to Canal Street/Riverwalk was short as well.

Cons:

We needed more lighting in our room to do work; one of our lamps didn't work, so we ended up unplugging one from the bedroom and bringing it into the living room, but it was still kind of dark.

Beautifully adequate
Pros:

Great location, beautifully decorated inside, cozy space, easy check in and check out

Cons:

Like most buildings in New Orleans it’s an older structure so it was really cold in the common areas like there was no heat there. Also, we required the use of the sofa bed and that mattress was really thin and uncomfortable.

Cozy, warm and well located!
Pros:

The hotel as a lot of charm, I've appreciate the balcony, the location and it's quiteness! Few minutes walk awya from the main entertainment target and restaurants. Ask for the Jim Singleton suite, that's an experience!

Fantastic apartment style hotel for a fantastic cost
Pros:

Likes-the ambiance; front staff was helpful and kind; room was so much bigger than a typical hotel and less than the cost of standard hotel; has a kitchen in room; our apartment had two separate bedrooms/bathrooms so we each had our privacy; location between convention center and French Quarter was perfect for both business and leisure time

Cons:

Dislikes-no matter where I sat the a/c was blowing on me; older building so sounds traveled (but I did expect that. Just adding because other guests were disruptive in the evening); not a huge deal but room was kinda dark . Lighting was dim but I guess it isn’t a big deal as there are no outside windows. Room windows open to atrium

Fantastice!!
Pros:

The room was fantastic and exceeded my expectations. The staff were all very kind and gave great recommendations for "local" spots to visit or eat that were not the tourist norm.

Cons:

The only "problem" was the jacuzzi tub did not work and the jets and knobs did not look very clean. However, we were not expecting a jacuzzi tub so it really was not a problem.

Haitdryer didnt work, zero water pressure in the shower, I saw a moise running around in the kitchenette, no in-room coffee, no breakfast, hardly ever anybody at reception, bed was dirty when I arrived, some mold on t edge of t bath tub, room was very dark,I can go on

Spacious, comfortable, and quiet (inside & out). Great location to Quarter and Wharehouse District
Pros:

Very roomy and comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped for what we needed except fridge was dorm size so we did bring in a cooler and ice was readily available. Lighting was dim (no outside windows) but we weren't in the room long and it was good for sleeping in.

Cons:

small fridge and would have liked more lighting, especially in the kitchen area.
