Wirklich außergewöhnlich.
Pros:

Fantastische Lage und Gastgeber. Manus, der Gastgeber hat uns privat die Gegend gezeigt und eine unglaubliche Wanderung in den Bergen organisiert. Wir haben dank ihm Sachen gesehen, die normalen Touristen nicht zugänglich sind. Lob und Danke!

Onze ervaring met dit hotel viel helaas tegen, vooral gezien de prijs van €67 per nacht. Voor ons voelde het verblijf niet als een 4-sterrenervaring en de prijs-kwaliteitverhouding vonden wij onvoldoende.
De kamer en badkamer zijn op zich prima, maar de kamer is erg kaal en biedt weinig sfeer. Er is geen comfortabele zitplek, waardoor je voor televisie eigenlijk op het bed bent aangewezen.
Ook in de badkamer waren geen glazen of bekers aanwezig. We moesten daarom de koffiebekers gebruiken om onze tanden te poetsen. Voor een hotel dat zich als 4-sterrenhotel presenteert, vonden wij dat toch wel opmerkelijk.
Ook het zwembad viel ons erg tegen. Het is ongeveer 1,5 meter diep, maar er is geen trap aanwezig om er gemakkelijk uit te komen. Voor ons, beiden boven de 70 jaar, was dit niet prettig en voelde het niet erg toegankelijk.
Bij het uitchecken vonden wij het bovendien jammer dat de kamer direct achter ons werd gecontroleerd om te kijken of alles nog aanwezig was. Misschien is dit gebruikelijk, maar wij vonden de manier waarop dit gebeurde niet erg gastvrij en het gaf ons geen prettig gevoel bij het vertrek.
Al met al hadden we voor deze prijs en met de verwachting van een 4-sterrenhotel meer comfort, voorzieningen en gastvrijheid verwacht. Daarom zouden wij dit hotel zelf niet opnieuw kiezen.

Piccolo hotel con bella piscina
Pros:

Piccolo hotel fuori dal centro di Surat thani con vista sul fiume. Bella piscina e camere ampie. abbiamo passato solo una notte di passaggio per andare verso le isole.

Cons:

La posizione non è centralissima. Non servono colazione.
