Great location very close to mercado 20 de Noviembre and other commercial establishments.
Pros:

No breakfast provided. Would have been nice though

Cons:

Very dated. Over use of chemicals. Room smelled like an industrial facility and made me gag.

Una noche fue suficiente
Pros:

Es un alojamiento muy céntrico, está al lado de los mercados de Oaxaca donde se puede comer y comprar productos.
La recepcionista fue muy amable en todo momento con nosotros.

Cons:

La cama era terrible: pequeña, incomoda y el colchón estaba cubierto de un plástico que hacía muchísimo ruido cada vez que te movías, además que toda la cama se movía. No descansamos nada.
Las instalaciones de la habitación están muy viejas. No hubiéramos aguantado más de una noche.

Oaxaca is amazing, and this hotel puts you right in the middle of it.
Pros:

Fantastic location near markets, street food, zocalo, and more. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms are large and comfortable. I especially enjoyed it because it’s a boutique hotel, with a unique local charm.

Cons:

Could use more comfortable pillows.

Pros:

The location is awesome for access to the historic district and all of its attractions. The room was very clean with daily room service. It has great air conditioning and wifi.

Cons:

My main complaint was the front desk staff ignored you when coming in and leaving the hotel. They just sat there staring at their cell phones and would look up and greet you when you entered or left. This even happened when coming home late at night. They did not even look up from their cell phones to see you was entering the building. There was one girl who was friendly at the desk but not the rest. The others would only look up and speak if you spoke to them. The management should speak to them about front desk etiquette and courtesy. The bed was very firm. I am not a fan of a very firm bed. Some people prefer it.

La ubicación del hotel, a 2 cuadras del zócalo

Cons:

La habitación algo reducida, toallas de baño pequeñas, no tenía algúna cajonera o closet para guardar ropa, muy limitados con el jabón de baño (muy pequeño) el check out maximo 11 AM

Loved the lobby devor not so much the room
Pros:

The lobby decor- wall colours, artwork.
It was a very basic clean room - small for 2 people

Cons:

Laundry room across from our room
Required "getting used to it"
Only hotel (of 5) on our trip who didn't include water in the room charge

Hotel is very close to two markets, and the zocalo is a few blocks away. Business/residential neighborhood is lively

Drinking water dispenser was not always working. A bath mat/floor towel would be great for departing shower safely.
