Khách sạn sạch sẽ, chủ nhà nhiệt tình thoải mái, view biển đẹp.
Lần sau có dịp sẽ vẫn chọn lại.
The friendliness of staff, and the people of Sam Son in general.
2 power failures in 24 hours. Not that that was the hoels fault. Scamming taxi drivers, BUT THAT IS A UBIQUITOUS OCCURRWNC E!
Sea view
Plastic on the matress, you have to remove it, otherwise you cannot sleep
The place was clean and the woman in charge helpful.
The beds were hard despite requesting softer beds ahead of time, the man in charge refused to help with anything, everything was very run down and the temple outside had very loud prayer through loudspeakers at 1.30 am.
As this was the first time I visited Sam Son beach and stayed at this Hotel, I should give some "generous" comments. The sea air and view are excellent, the weather was naturally pleasant during my week although I could not swim and walk close to the sea, on the beach (due to the signpost of "Forbid swimming" plus high rise in the morning with strong wind and so on.
Does Booking like to check all basic condition of rooms of Hotels, in your network, from distance/ your current office in a remote country beforehand, not after customer's comments, or do not need to re-examine the situation?
(I have been renting few places and begin to observe some similarities between discounted Hotels (in SGN, Nhatrang, Sam Son, Thanh Hoa, Dalat....) under Bookings supervision.
In previous years, I also stayed in bigger Hotels in Saigon, Hà Nội, Nhatrang - outside Booking's networks - and consequently, I could like something from conditions/ services of (Booking's related Hotels did not deliver fully as) other more expensive Hotels (e.g. Muong Thanh Hotel, close Ha Long Bay, last year).
It would be fairer for any reasonable visitor (who stayed here), the Hotelier (Phuong Thuy owner), if you define your standards of "Bad, Good, Very Good, Excellent ... Bones question" in advance.
If the fridge was not on, not clean on the date of arrival, should it be bad as part of the Cleanliess or Facilities?
If I saw a mosquito in the room, what mark should I give to the Hotel?
The reduced price of the room may be only good if other normal services/conditions are not also reduced (e.g. no choice of the room whether it is on 2nd floor or higher without having a chance to observe the difference)!
How long the towels are lying on the fridge? How many years those towels have been used for different guests?
The current assumed concept of "cheaper price, happier clients" should be reexamined, suggesting.
Spacious nice clean room, sea view, right in front of the beach.
It fine for the night.
We were passing through.
Everything was ok.
