Excelente acomodação
Pros:

O hotel tem excelente custo/benefício. Localizado no centro e próximo da praça do Zocalo. Há várias opções de comida de rua, restaurantes, bares e lojas variadas. A equipe é muito prestativa e simpática. O quarto é muito limpo, espaçoso e a cama confortável. Recepção 24 horas.

Cons:

Gostei de tudo.

La ubicación y el trato del personal

Cons:

De las 3 noches en las que me hospede ahi, nunca hicieron limpieza, el baño muy reducido y la regadera tapada, solo un chorrito salía de agua, el agua nunca salió caliente, tienes que andar pidiendo el papel de baño y jabón por que como no entran a dar servicio menos proveen eso. El cuarto se abochornaba y solo dejan un ventilador defectuoso. En el cuarto solo había dos enchufes mal ubicados, pues uno esta literal a la mitad de la cama y si quieres conectar el ventilador el cable queda sobre tu cara.

In need of a revamp
Pros:

Friendly staff and a good location just on the edge of the historic town centre.

Cons:

Room was a little grubby and well worn. Also not well cleaned as I found an empty water bottle and an old pair of socks lying around.

Cheap room but wish I stayed elsewhere
Pros:

- big room
- very cheap
- comfy bed

Cons:

- blocked basin
- stayed for five days and had to request my bins emptied on day 4, no housekeeping was offered until I asked
- dirty walls
- all windows open to a walkway so unless you don’t mind people looking in, you’ll get no natural light with the curtains drawn all the time
- location feels a bit sketchy after dark as a solo woman, in hindsight I should have stayed closer to zocalo

Generally good budget hotel within walking distance to the zocalo.
Pros:

Location. Shower water pressure was good. Generally clean. Large room.

Cons:

We requested our room be cleaned one day. After cleaning we had to ask for toilet paper, towels, and soap in the soap dispenser. The staff ranged from good to lazy.
