Ganz ok
Pros:

Fteundlicher Empfang und es gab den ganzen Tag Kaffee gratis. Das kleine Apartment ist zweckmäßig ausgestattet und über eine steile Außentreppe zu erreichen. Die Klimaanlage arbeitet bestens, tropft allerdings. Zum Frühstück gibt es die übliche Auswahl und es ist soweit ok.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist eher ein Hostel. Der Pool ist von Mauern umgeben und es gibt keine Liegen. Er taugt höchstens zum Abkühlen, nicht um sich dort aufzuhalten. Wir hatten allerdings das Pecht, dass eine Gruppe Jugendlicher Wasserball dort spielte und damit nahezu den ganzen Nachmittag den Pool komplett belagerte.

Schönes Hotel an der Karibikküste
Pros:

Super freundliche Gastgeber, die immer ansprechbar waren. Zimmer sind sauber, Dusche war neu für uns, aber kein Problem am Ende, die so einzustellen, dass sie die richtige Temperatur hatte, von daher auch alles gut.
Das Bett war auch sehr bequem.
Das Hotel liegt nur wenige Meter vom Strand entfernt, leider ist es verboten dort zu schwimmen, schön ist es trotzdem.
Das Frühstück war okay. Man kann aus drei Mahlzeiten wählen, welche sättigend sind und geschmacklich in Ordnung, aber unserer Meinung nach keine Zauber auf der Zunge hinterlassen.
Der Wäscheservice ist auch super schnell und günstig.
Die Kommunikation im Vorwege und die Kooperation mit Caretta Tours haben uns gut gefallen. Wir wurden direkt am Parkplatz in La Pavona von einem Mitarbeiter in Empfang genommen (der natürlich noch mehr verkaufen wollte, aber das kann man ja ablehnen), und nach dem Bootstransfer war Augusto dann für uns da und hat uns den Weg zum Hotel gezeigt. Am nächsten Morgen hat er mit uns auch die Kayak Tour gemacht, welche ich nur empfehlen kann.

Pros:

Le personnel est très serviable et toujours souriant. L'emplacement de l'hôtel à 50m de la plage, quelques centaines de mettre du centre et du parque national.
Lit fort confortable et chambre propre et journalièrement nettoyée. La piscine

Cons:

Qu'un seule petite armoire sans ceintres pour 3 personnes. Il n'y avait même qu'un seul crochet pour pendre 3 essuies ?!

Disappointing
Pros:

The staff were friendly - when the manager discovered there had been a problem with our room since day one he refunded some money to us as it wasn’t fixed. However only the manager really speaks English so be prepared to use google translate if he is off & you don’t speak Spanish! Very close to the beach - but you can’t swim in the sea due to strong rip tides & bull sharks.

Cons:

Noisy & the curtains didn’t go all the way across the window - we were on the ground floor next to the restaurant & entrance so there was constantly people passing by - often with head torches shining in as they went on night walks. We had to hang a towel up for some privacy. There was a leak in the bathroom from day one which was a problem that they didn’t manage to fix, nor did they offer us a different room until the last day when the manager came back. The pool wasn’t in use on the last day as it was being drained & cleaned.

Mooie en betaalbare locatie op een mooie plek in Tortuguero
Pros:

Hele mooie plek aan de rand van Tortuguero, op kruipafstand van het strand. Prettige keuken met voldoende apparatuur (blender, broodrooster). Goede airco.

Zimmer war okay

Cons:

Sehr teuer für das was es bietet. Personal zwar nett aber Chef achtet anscheinend auf jeden Cent. Es gibt zwar durchgehend gratis Kaffee, aber man zum Frühstück einen Saft nimmt, darf man sich keinen gratis Kaffee dazu nehmen. Der Chef will das nicht. Also warten bis man aufgegessen hat, und dann erst der Kaffee.
