Pura Vida!
Pros:

Great location - close to activities but far enough away from hustle and bustle. Right beside national park for walking - a wide range of activities on offer. Also right beside the beach

Cons:

There were a lot of flying ants and bees at the breakfast tables in the mornings - hard to avoid when staying in the rainforest though!

Nuestra estancia en Icaco Tortuguero fue maravillosa. El hotel tiene un ambiente muy tranquilo y natural, ideal para relajarse y disfrutar del entorno. El personal fue muy amable y atento en todo momento, haciéndonos sentir como en casa.
Las habitaciones son cómodas y limpias, y las instalaciones están muy bien cuidadas. La ubicación es excelente, rodeada de naturaleza y muy cerca de los canales y la playa, lo que hace que la experiencia sea única.
Sin duda, recomendamos Icaco Tortuguero a cualquiera que quiera vivir una experiencia auténtica en Tortuguero. ¡Volveríamos sin pensarlo!

Ojo, al llegar te derivan a otra instalación nada que ver con las imágenes y ubicación
Pros:

Es una estafa.. muestran de fachada estas instalaciones en Booking y al llegar te derivan a otro hotel, que obvio no es y menos con la cercanía a la playa que por eso se elige. Se aprovechan que tienen la política de cargo por cancelación y que los visitantes llegan cansados después una lancha y que el acceso desde el embarcadero es caminando por 10 minutos con maletas. En el momento no hay como reclamar y que no se haga cargo en la tarjeta.

La amabilidad de todo el personal, la limpieza, la ubicación... Todo ha ido perfecto! Nos ofrecieron diversas actividades y nos gestionaron una excursión en kayak que fue magnífica. La comida riquísima. Desayunos súper buenos y completos y café ilimitado.

Wonderful little hotel right on the beach but a short walk to the main street. Room was clean and comfortable, the included breakfast was very good and the staff were truly great, very friendly and helpful.

Prima verblijf voor een scherpe prijs, verwacht geen luxe
Pros:

Het verblijf is vrij eenvoudig maar prima. Verwacht geen luxe. Bedden zijn prima en kamer is schoon. Ontbijt was ook prima, je kan kiezen uit 3 soorten. Je loopt in 5 minuten naar het dorpje.

Cons:

Het was druk bezocht toen ik er was dus veel geluidsoverlast buiten van andere gasten. Iedereen leeft buiten en is vroeg op ivm activiteiten, dat hoor je goed in je kamer. Ik had erg pech met het weer dus ben 1 nacht eerder vertrokken (heeft uiteraard niets met de accommodatie te maken, maar was er dus maar kort).

Déçue au vu de la note attribuée
Pros:

L’établissement est à 6/7 min à pied du petit port et proche de tout. Le personnel était très sympa. Le petit déjeuner est correct mais pas exceptionnel

Cons:

Les chambres sont très rudimentaires et équipées au minimum. La propreté n’était pas au rdv, il y avait de la boue séchée dans la douche. Les murs sont très très fins, vous entendez les voisins de chambres comme s’ils étaient avec vous.
Le wifi ne fonctionnait pas dans la chambre (à l’étage)

El personal fue muy amable.

Cons:

La habitación era bastante húmeda. Había muy poca presión en la ducha y apenas salía caliente. Tampoco había buena iluminación. Pero es aceptable calidad-precio.
