Dramatisch, niet eens kunnen inchecken

Er staat dat je vanaf 00:00 kon inchecken, we wouden om 01:00 inchecken en dat werd geweigerd door de automatische incheckbalie. Volgens de intercom kon het ook pas vanaf 15u. Sta je daar in het midden van de nacht op zoek te gaan naar een ander hotel. We zouden ons geld terug krijgen, nergens meer iets op gehoord, krijgen geen antwoord op de emails. Ook niet van booking.com overigens.... Slechte service, niet kloppende informatie, weggegooid geld
