Wysoki poziom i dobra cena - polecam!
Pros:

Przede wszystkim byłam zaskoczona poziomem hotelu - czysto, wysoki standard, świeże śniadanie - polecam bardzo! Dodatkowo personel przed moim przyjazdem dodatkowo zadbał o moje specjalne życzenie :)

Bardzo dobry hotel.
Pros:

Bardzo dobre warunki, bardzo fajny hotel, czysty i zadbany. Można z czystym sumieniem polecić ten hotel. Śniadanie i udogodnienia bardzo dobre. Z Wi-Fi nie korzystałem. Duży parking. Woda filtrowana bez ograniczeń. Miły personel.

Nie polecam, Ja tutaj już nie wrócę!!!

Zimno, Zimno, Zimno. W styczniu przy ujemnych temperaturachpokóĻj nie był nagrzany. Grzejniki wyłaczone. Po rozkręceniu grzejników okazało się, ze najprawdopodobniej były zapowietrzone! Spałam w ubraniu pod kołdrą i... w nocy obudziłam się z zimna! W łazience w umywalce słabe cisnienie wody. Telewizor nie działał. Już tutaj nie wróce i nie polecam. Za taką cenę to po prostu nie wywiązanie się z umowy świadczenia usługi, to nie uczciwe!!! Hotel nie nadaje się do przyjmowania gości zimą!!!

Uzupełniając opis i reagując na odpowiedź Zespołu hotelu, Bardzo przepraszam, ale zglosiłam NATYCHMIAST w recepcji, że w pokoju jest extremalnie zimno! Niestety poza informacją od p. recepcjonistki, ze ma nadzieję, że szybko się nagrzeje, i przeprosiny, ze zapomniano nagrzać pokoju, nie dostałam ani propozycji zmiany pokoju, ani dodatkowego grzejnika, ani farelki czy innego rozwiązania. Tak więc nadal podtrzymuję, że Państwa usługa była źle wykonana, a odpowiedź Państwa w tym miejscu nie jest właściwa!

Cała Ostrołęka w zasięgu ręki. Hotel wyższa półka. Ktoś zdolny jest na kuchni, polecam restaurację. Miła pomocna obsługa.
