Cons:

The room was dark and very outdated, several things were broken, I did not feel comfortable... I can't believe this place has such a high rating on booking.com

Pros:

Nice artist vibe. Nice & relaxing garden.

Cons:

I confirmed my booking the day before I arrived, but the owner was not informed and I had no room when I arrived. A small substitute was arranged after insisting that I would not be able to find an alternative room during the FESPACO.
