Location and staff were amazing! Definitely recommend
Pros:

Location was perfect, on the Main Street right next to Central Udon, 7-11 nearby and bars and cafes too. I wanted to extend my stay before Songkran and they happily obliged!

Cons:

No balcony, but I didn’t need any balcony anyway.

Pros:

Im Zentrum gelegen aber doch ruhig. 5 Minuten zu Fuss vom Busterminal entfernt. Central Shopping gleich nebenan. Werde wieder in diesem Hotel übernachten.

Great location and value for money.
Pros:

Good location, friendly helpful staff. Reasonably clean. Coffee making facilities and a small snack were offered.

Cons:

Mould is obviously an issue in the room we stayed in . There is evidence of it visibly and it can be smelt. Although not enough to request a change of room. Water coming in through the window during a storm.
A card with instructions on how to set the safe, would be a good idea.

Great hotel but need to improve on shower head holders
Pros:

Great location

Cons:

Shower holder no good could not change direction. The whole bathroom wet.
I did inform staff.
Also. Very noisey guests and my floor at 4am and 2am of 2 different occasions.
I reported it to reception.

Hotel has everything you need.very clean

Cons:

Unfortunately. There isn't any English speaking channels on the TV.
Please add more channels.
No pool

But can use local Hotel pool for a small fee

Cuando regrese a Udon Thani, me hospedaré aquí.
Pros:

Edificio nuevo, todo muy limpio, personal muy amable, restaurantes muy cerca, inclusive la estación de buses.
