За една нощувка е добре.
Pros:

Локацията е много добра. Близо до центъра на града. Пред хотела има спирка на градския транспорт. Банята беше много чиста. Персонала е любезен и отзивчив.

Cons:

Стаята е малка, няма тераса, няма място за голям куфар, няма шкаф дори якето да си прибереш. Мокета беше на петна. Но най-неприятното е допълнителното легло, на което трябваше да спи 8 годишно дете. То беше с размери като за голяма кукла - изключително тясно и късо. Имаше някакво желязо в средата на което детето, сядайки си удари дупето. А като легна кръста и беше точно на него. Молба към хотелиера: Оборудвайте поне две стаи с удобни допълнителни легла. Понякога и семейства отсядат в хотела ви.

Pros:

Изключително съм благодарна на екипа на хотела за топлото отношение! Резервирах престоя за моите родители по повод техния личен празник и те останаха очаровани.
Дизайнът и комфортът на хотела определено надвишават очакванията за три звезди — всичко е направено с много вкус и внимание към детайла. Хотелът направи престоя им специален с изключителен жест на внимание, за което много благодаря!
Съотношението цена-качество е отлично. Професионализмът и отношението към гостите са на много високо ниво. Силно препоръчвам

Comfortable, well located, WARNING: spa not included!
Pros:

Room was comfortable, location was good, breakfast was good

Cons:

We booked it for the spa and it turned out the spa was NOT INCLUDED (even though the hotel is priced as though it does include it). It wasn't even discounted for guests. This needs to be made clearer in the booking process (and charge less)

It was okay ...
Pros:

Great location.

Cons:

Junior suite was ready for 3 persons, but we booked only for 2.

Staff was just spending their time, not so customer friendly or seemed to be new in there.

Breakfast selection was fine, but warm food was cold (f.e. scrambled eggs and bacon).

Small issues - Mini fridge was not working. A/C did not cool the room. Small fixes needed around the room. No bottle opener in the whole hotel, only 1 spoon in the room etc.

Страхотен престой в Reverence Boutique Hotel!
Много чиста и уютна стая с удобно легло, любезен и отзивчив персонал и приятен комплимент при настаняване. Локацията е отлична – на пешеходно разстояние от центъра на Varna. Закуската беше много вкусна.
Горещо препоръчвам и с удоволствие бихме отседнали отново!
