La poca chiarezza rispetto alle informazioni presenti su Booking. Prenotato soggiorno con mezza pensione ma solo arrivati in struttura scopriamo che ai può scegliere solo 2 portate tra antipasto(1piatto) primo e secondo. Aria condizionata che non funzionava e di cui non siamo stati neanche avvisati , né tantomeno ci è venuto incontro con un piccolo sconto, dato che abbiamo pagato in loco la colazione

Camera abbastanza silenziosa, nonostante una festa di compleanno al piano di sotto.
Climatizzazione silenziosa ed efficiente.

Pros:

I was treated like a Queen. The hotel is like a fairytale! Surely will Visit again! In the morning we had an amazing breakfast as well! The hotel will surely leave you happy and relaxed.

la prima notte, una festa proprio sulla mia camera si è protratta fino alla 1 di notte, facevano i trenini e sembrava venir giù il soffitto, l'abbiamo presa sul ridere ma eravamo decisamente stanchi e non riuscivamo a riposare, credo ci sia stata una sovrapposizione prenotazione booking-festa, non credo l'abbiano fatto deliberatamente ma è andata così

Abbiamo soggiornato un weekend con tutta la famiglia. Vista bellissima. Camere spaziose e pulite. Staff cordiale e molto attento alle richieste, soprattutto Marilena. Cena tradizionale abbondante e gustosa. Colazione abbondante e varia.
