Lovely
Pros:

Beautiful location, lovely shambles type street just a 5 minute walk with a gorgeous church. Nice local pubs. Room was abit to warm but nothing we couldnt handle. Everything we needed for short stay for a wedding, bed very comfy. Staff really nice and gave us extras for the room. Thank you xx

Good stopover for our needs in Whitchurch.
Pros:

There was some breakfast items in the room which was good, fresh milk in fridge, handy bar and food on site, relaxed atmosphere.

Cons:

Parking was slight issue. We had to have a twin not double but we knew that.

Great location, lovely clean room in need of a few tweaks.
Pros:

It's in a great location. The room was lovely and very clean. The staff we met were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The television didn't work! Not sure if it was the remote that needed batteries but it was switched off at the back which was very difficult to get to... why? When we managed to turn it on it just said no signal! If we had been staying in for the evening it would have been really monotonous.
Also the room really needs a full length mirror!

Stay was great.
Pros:

Breakfast was not part of the deal but cereals, tea an coffee were available, free of further cost.

Cons:

Nothing could have been better.

Pros:

Pleased to see a cafeteria for proper coffee, and plenty of snacks, furnishings excellent , loved the flowers, mirror and desk and chair set.
Good quality shower, pleasant bathroom for a slim person. Practical blinds.

Cons:

No handrail in the shower, clear details on how to control shower temp etc.
Limited natural light.
Difficulty in filling the kettle!
Television a bit close to bathroom door access.
